We felt right at home with Martha. From the extremely friendly reception, to the abundant water provided, wine and olive oil to great recommendations in the area. Martha made our time on Kos Island an unforgettable experience. The special icing on the cake was her cat, who greeted us kindly every morning and every evening. Dimitris was such a great host, very responsive from the moment of booking to meeting us at check in even though our flight arrival was gone midnight. Dimitris was very friendly and informative and helped us book a local restaurant and gave us other recommendations! Tramonto Villa is stunning and very spacious with everything you could possibly need - a home away from home! The views from the villa garden are second to none; mountains, sea and sunset and a short walk up to the town of beautiful Zia. Kids loved the pool and also easy to keep an eye on them from the sunbeds and inside the sun room. Thank you for the perfect holiday!

Wonderful house, with an incredible large terrace and with a beautiful interior. Two very comfortable beds. Fully equipped kitchen. The private sun deck down by the sea is very beautiful too. We felt really at home at Casa Azul.

Ilias' house is wonderfully quiet, away from the tourist hotspots, but still close enough to all the sights. For our young children, there were extra toys. The kitchen is fully equipped. And the outdoor area was just wonderful for relaxing. Ilias provided us with vegetables and wine. The only negative point was the many mosquitoes that somehow made it into the house despite extensive protection on windows and doors. We will be happy to come back if we come to Kos again.

The apartment was more than we could have expected! Beautiful beach side location with a clean, modern and comfortable interior. Everything you could need was provided. Dionysia was at hand to answer questions and give recommendations. We had an amazing time and would recommend it to anyone. We hired a car but it would be easy enough to get around. 5 stars

The little house quickly became a little home! It was like right out of Mamma Mia - super dreamy with such a beautiful view from the roof terrace. Dimitris was a wonderful host. He responded very quick and gave us amazing recommendations for Kos. His shop in Kos city is very nice and definitely worth a visit. We had quite a few ant-visitors, which was to be expected but something to be aware of. :)

We stayed at Spitaki House for a week. The house was perfect in every way. It was very nicely decorated. It has everything you need. The garden of the house was also very enjoyable. It was also very good for us because it was right next to the beach. The owners of the house were very helpful and answered all our questions. Thank you also for the gifts. If I ever come to Kos again, I would definitely want to stay here again.

Eleni is a great host and we absolutely loved our stay! The apartment equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay. It’s 5 min walk from the beach, restaurants and stores. The area surrounded by the most beautiful beaches. Don’t miss out the giros place in Kefalos “Souvlike”. Very recommended place

Clean and modern apartment in centre of town with full kitchen with modern appliances. Lovely friendly staff. Close to many restaurants and bars but quiet all the same. great base for exploring Island of Kos. Nice beaches within a short stroll.

This was by far the most luxurious and modern Airbnb we have experienced. Maria was gracious, friendly, and attentive. The unit was exceptionally clean and well kept. A few maintenance items were noted. The beds were firm but comfy. The private spa was a wonderful bonus. Our family members stayed nearby in hotels but were envious of our choice. Whoever designed it thought of everything. I will dream about our stay for years to come.

Apartment is exactly as shown in photos, the location is perfect for exploring the old town and lots of small touches in the apartment by the host to make us feel welcome. The balcony was really spacious and lovely to sit and have a coffee and see the street below.

We had a great time in this apartment. The big window with the view on the beautiful garden and landscape and the two balconies are just wonderful. When we asked for a bowl to make salat Dimi brought us not only this but lemons from the garden and vinegar. He also greeted us personally when we arrived and gave us tips for exploring the island. We definitely recommend and would visit again.

The accommodation offered by Kalliopi is absolutely superb. Facing the sea, with a beautiful large terrace with a magnificent view of Telendos. The accommodation is very well located, right next to a small market. Kalliopi was lovely with us both when we arrived and when we left. There are delicious restaurants nearby, beautiful beaches, hiking and of course beautiful climbing areas. Listing is as described. We were lucky to have the company of two absolutely adorable cats (a small white and a red) during the stay to which we became strongly attached, I hope you will have the opportunity to meet them as well. Fabulous seaview Kos apartment located between the Old Town and the Marina - a great base if you are holidaying or coming off a sailing charter. The apartment is spacious and the living area generous and comfortable with great views of the Aegean. There is a furnished balcony with beautiful views to the port and the Marina, as well across to Turkey (watching Bodrum light up like a chandelier over aperitivo is an experience). The kitchen is very well set up with crockery, cooking pots and utensils and appliances (microwave, coffee maker, kettle, juicer, sandwich toaster etc). There’s also a washing machine, iron & ironing board. There are fabulous restaurants in easy walking distance including the EDI Grill downstairs (they will do takeaway if you want to eat in the apartment), a Supermarket (also downstairs) and a beach club across the road. Vaggelis is also a great host - proactive, responsive, flexible and very helpful. We loved our stay here and hope to

Great place in a great location with a great host! The place is spacious, clean, and very well-equipped. The location is very central, nearby to anything you'd like in Kos. And Antonis was very responsive: besides providing us with a very helpful local list of recommendations, he always replied within a short amount of time (minutes to a couple of hours), with a friendly and informative reply. Highly recommend!

We had a perfect stay! The location was excellent. Everything we needed was within walking distance. The apartment looked exactly like the photos, was clean, and beautifully furnished. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in was very easy, and Stamatis was a wonderful host, always available, very friendly, and checked in to make sure everything was going well. First of all, the location of the house was in the very center of the old city, within walking distance to everywhere. This was one of the most beautiful features. The sheets, the bathroom, the towels, the whole house was spotless. We had no problems with cleaning. The hosts and staff were friendly. They always wanted to ask about our needs and help. We had a great stay at this cosy BnB. It is located in a complex with other apartments, yet feels very private. Everything was as expected.

It was a very nice space just above the delicious pizzeria. We enjoyed using the accommodation which is within walking distance of the beach and the busy shops. The shower head is quite loose in the holder, but otherwise the bathroom is also clean and tidy

The accommodation was exactly as described and as in the photos - everything was clean, tidy and well equipped. The location is really great: it's less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, and there are bakeries and small supermarkets nearby. Particularly practical for families: there is a kind of playground directly opposite the accommodation, so the children could play right outside the door and within sight. Host Michael was super polite, very accommodating and always helpful. You feel like you are in good hands. I can really recommend this great accommodation to everyone!
