Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Karpacz

The accommodation was very nice, I appreciate the perfect cleanliness. The hosts were very nice, they advised when needed. We were very satisfied with the accommodation and we can only recommend it to potential guests!

The house was very cozy and inviting. It had everything you needed. Richard and his family were very friendly. The surroundings are beautiful. I'd love to come back.

We loved it! A place with a vibe where we felt at home. Very well-equipped, perfectly clean, beautiful location next to the stream surrounded by nature. The possibility of using the sauna is a big advantage, and the fireplace gave you warm on cool evenings. Peace and quiet help to rest and relax with the closest ones. There are parking spaces, close to shops and restaurants. The perfect place that we highly recommend:)))

We were a group of friends of 14 people. Everyone noted the coziness and comfort of this magnificent house. The entire house was spotlessly clean. Well-equipped kitchen and plenty of space for everyone in the shared room. Separately, we want to note how interesting and tasteful interior decor is. It was very interesting for us to look at and discuss all sorts of interesting details . Also near the house there is a magnificent garden available to guests, where we enjoyed walking, playing and grilling . We could enjoy interacting with cute and affectionate cats and a dog in the garden. The hosts of the house are friendly and helpful. When we had any questions they were easily accessible, but completely their presence nearby in the house was completely unnoticeable. We are all perfectly satisfied with the weekend spent in this house. Thank You

Very friendly, open people. We immediately felt welcome and at home. Milan immediately showed us around the house. The cottage is sufficiently large for 2 people. I found it very positive that there was still a lot of free cupboard space in the kitchen to store personal items. Like our shopping, for example. Everything you need is available. The bed is on one side against the wall. Wasn't a problem for us. Price/quality definitely ok. In the winter, with snow, it must also be beautiful. We received valuable tips for excursions from Milan.

The beautiful house is in a great location – right by a stream and there is a beautiful, large garden with a small bridge over the stream where you can go directly into the forest. There are several seating options outside and a fireplace and a huge conservatory with 2 levels where you can hear it splashing wonderfully in the rain. On the ground floor, the living/dining room and kitchen are connected, and on the first floor, there are 4 rooms. All really great and each with its own bathroom. We were 8 adults with 3 small children - that fit perfectly. Ludmilla was very friendly and helpful and her little dog accompanied us faithfully on excursions :). In addition, a huge basket of fresh strawberries was waiting for us as a greeting in the kitchen. Thank you for the lovely welcome and the wonderful time in this very lovingly designed house!

I had a fantastic stay! The location was very easy to find, with free parking available. It’s conveniently close to the city, yet the surroundings are peaceful, quiet, and offer great privacy. The apartment itself was spacious and provided a very comfortable stay. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. I especially enjoyed the lovely outdoor area with a table and chairs under a marquee—perfect for relaxing. Marcin and Halina were wonderful hosts—friendly, helpful, and always easy to reach. Beautiful, cozy apartment that is part of a beautiful villa. Garden available. The apartment has a sauna and an extensive park nearby. We were beyond satisfied!!

Our stay at Vladimír's place was fantastic all around! Communication went smoothly, very friendly, and he was very helpful. The place was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need. We went on holidays to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and all those housekeeping and shopping responsibilities that usually accompany the festive festivities. Beautiful neighborhood, lovely place to relax, great and hospitable people. Home-cooked food nearby.. Thank you so much and we will definitely be back. "Chybotek" didn't give up to us, but it was an interesting experience. Thank you 😊

The place was very clean and the host was extremely friendly and helpful. He helped us with extra needs, which we really appreciated. The neighborhood was quiet and the instructions to get to the place were clear and easy to understand. We are very satisfied and fully satisfied. We highly recommend this place!

We are already here for the 2nd time and the 3rd time is already booked - that alone should say enough! ;-) Because like last time we were not disappointed and it was all wonderful - we had an incredibly relaxing week in the apartment and were happy to sit on the bench in the sun in front of the house in the best weather! The appartement is a bit outside of Špindlerův Mlýn. There is a bus that goes every 2 hours or so. There is no sidewalk or bike trail. We were with bikes. The appartement itself is very nice and clean (but with weird/sexist pictures on the walls). There is tea and coffee with a coffee machine. The furniture and bathroom are very nice and clean. The shared sauna outside is very beautiful. The communication with the host is very easy and friendly.

The apartment was clean and very modern. We felt very comfortable very quickly. We were able to enjoy our week there very much. Thank you! Only very small criticism: You could at least have responded to our message or Even if the answer was “no,” it would be OK. Or if you said afterwards that you had overlooked the message, it would also be OK. However, no one likes to be ignored. Otherwise, I can absolutely recommend both the property and Monika as a host.
