Hej and welcome in the 1-room apartment overlooking the countryside on the 1st floor of an apartment house in a quiet location on the edge of the forest. The newly renovated apartment has a large double bed, dining/work area, armchair with stool and an attached new kitchenette. A generous bathroom with a pair of sinks, a BD, and a tub with a '70s shower divider. A 40-inch smart TV is available. Internet up to 400 M-bit/s and sensible equipment are available.

Our three newly renovated apartments are located on the first floor of an inn, which was renovated and reopened in 2023. Feel free to be our guest here from Friday to Tuesday and enjoy typical Franconian snacks, as well as home-brewed beer. Apartment 23 (approx. 24 square meters) consists of a living/sleeping room that offers the possibility for an extra bed/crib, as well as a well-equipped kitchenette with dishwasher and dining table.

Mansarde mit Terrace

You don't need much in life, the main thing all around it is beautiful. That's exactly what you'll find here. A room with kitchenette, a small bathroom, a big terrace and views over orchards to the forest... Franconian Switzerland and our small goat field valley is a wonderful area for long hikes. But you don't have to go far: right in front of the house, it blooms and thrives and all kinds of fruits and berries invite you to snack.
