With its 15 m² room with fireplace and 9 m² covered comfortable outdoor kitchen, you can experience your adventure close to nature here. Surrounded by forests, streams & silence. House on two levels on our farm. First floor: Equipped kitchen. In the living room there is a couch (fold-out), a dining table, TV and a wood-burning stove for cold winter days and a bathroom with shower. The bedroom is reached via a ladder. A large bed (180 × 200) and a normal bed (90 × 200) as well as another bathroom with a bathtub are available. In front of the house is a construction site. Parking in front of the main house, Wi-Fi and satellite TV available. No dogs allowed!

A corner bathtub with rain shower, a fireplace and a small terrace are available for our guests. Well suited for families and nice meetings with friends.

In the cozy cottage, there is plenty of space for breakfast or just to linger. In winter, the Kota becomes a unique experience by the open fireplace.

A vacation home with a garden all to yourself. Our romantic vacation home is located in the middle of nature, on a sunny, forested slope above the small village of Mühlbach. The well-kept garden, enclosed with a hedge, has many nice seating areas. In the garden there is a small pond, two beautiful large sun loungers and a grill. The beautiful view of the village and the beautiful low mountain landscape enchants every guest. One pet is allowed.

Stylish historic half-timbered courtyard, combined with modern interior design and the latest technology. Hiking riders are welcome. The landscape invites you to hike (Kaufunger Forest, Münden Nature Park), cycle, but also to visit Kassel or Göttingen (e.g. World Heritage Site Kassel Bergpark). Both cities can be reached in a 30-minute drive. Bikers are also welcome. There is ample space for horses or motorcycles/bicycles.

Family Waldkauz's guest house in the middle of the forest

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.

Especially around the Nationalpark Kellerwald-Edersee.
