Only 15 meters from the ocean and 10 minutes from central Kalmar you find this newly built cottage. Modern amenities close to the best of nature.

A unique lake house in an absolutely secluded location in the forests of southern Sweden overlooking a small lake. Spend the night in the house and additionally in a lovingly converted retro bus from 1961. The cottage is located on the southwestern side of Öland in the village of Kastlösa. In 10 minutes' drive, there is Mörbylånga with a grocery store and restaurants. To the south, there are excursion destinations such as Ottenby and Ekeborgstorp. Beaches and the sea are only a few kilometers away.

During the spring, the small village street between Karlevi and Eriksöre is a well-visited stretch with its flowering slopes and fragrant lilac bushes. The village is located in the cultivated landscape of Southern Öland, which is a world heritage site.
