Two bedrooms (one king plus two queen beds), plus two sets of bunk beds in living room (total four twin beds), plus extra queen sofa bed in one of the bedrooms - can sleep 8-10 guests comfortably with total of 8 beds. Pet friendly - we love dogs (and all animals) and welcome them! :)
