Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Kiawah Island

Melissa’s home was STUNNING, immaculate and spacious! Our kids were in heaven. We loved that it was an easy walk to the beach. The finished basement with the foosball and pool tables was a hit! And she left us a parting gift in a little box with a code- and the kids thought that was the coolest thing ever. Definitely at the top of travel accommodations list. ❤️

Everything I hoped and wished for our stay was like the pictures and details! It was a gorgeous home, the bedrooms were comfy and spacious. The kitchen was massive and so perfect for a big group, the backyard with the pool was so beautiful and like a little oasis! It was the perfect distance to downtown, not too far. Such a good stay, definitely will be back!

We enjoyed this Airbnb a lot! Lovely views back and front and the beach is maybe 3 minutes walk (look for the public access sign to the left, about three houses down). Great shower! Lovely kitchen! Comfy sofas! If we ever come back to folly beach, we would love to stay again. For the mobility challenged, it is only 12 steps to front door, unlike a lot of neighboring houses, which are on stilts and have 25+ steps. 😁

This is our second time staying at this house and we enjoyed every minute of it. The house is very well equipped with all the amenities you can think of. Our big family is definitely coming back for another stay. Thank you!!

Amy’s place was incredible. I took my husband for Father’s Day and he absolutely loved this place. He loves to fish and she has an incredible pond in her backyard. The place was super clean and felt just like home. I plan to return to Charleston and I would love to stay here again!

Beautiful cottage with all the Charleston vibes. The house is quaint and cozy but offered plenty of room for our entire party of 8. Getting to the beach is super convenient with the tree covered path being right across the street and it was just a couple minutes drive to all the shops and restaurants. Its close enough to walk, too if you don't mind a little longer walk. I ran downtown both morning for coffee! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing but fun trip!

Large, beautifully decorated rooms, completely updated kitchen and baths, a pool and screened porch with hot tub! What more could you want? Definitely your home away from home!

This spot is absolutely perfect. We wanted a quiet getaway for a holiday weekend and were very pleased. The place feels like a cabin meets a hotel room (but dog friendly!). It’s quaint with a large bed and nice bathroom, small kitchenette (stovetop but no oven). Walkable to the Dunlin and only a short drive to Freshfields Village and Kiawah. Very quiet and peaceful. We will definitely come back!

Had a relaxing weekend in this perfect little condo. very clean, very quiet. we enjoyed being walking distance to the beach and club. nice view of the golf course where we got to see multiple deer, and alligators!

We loved our stay at Fore Shore! The home was exactly as advertised---the kitchen is amazing and all the rooms were spotless and perfectly decorated. Seabrook Island was as wonderful as expected. The home had everything we needed and Erika was very responsive to any questions. The food in the island restaurants was amazing and shockingly affordable and priced similar to non-beach locations. We loved jet-skiing nearby (Dolphin watersports), renting bikes from Island Bikes, and playing on Ocean winds golf course. Also I do recommend seeing the nearby Angel Oak--stunnng! Two beaches and the pool to choose from--our favorite was the calm river beach. We would love to return and stay here again.

Brian’s place was as advertised…clean, spacious, great views, and conveniently located to the pool, beach, golf, and restaurants. We would definitely recommend to others. Brian was a great host!

Kirtis and Kristopher certainly out did themselves and sure know how to treat guest! The place was absolutely stunning and upon arrival we were surprised with a some extra goodies! My wife was thrilled to see the coffee bar! They were very responsive the entire trip and sent over a rainy day guide for the day it rained. Everything in the treehouse was just perfect! The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was completely stocked, the bathroom was amazing, the pool passes were a great addition to staying here, and the coffee bar was the perfect day starter! From this location you can walk to the lighthouse / restaurants / shopping within a few minutes, or stay and walk around on Deer Island to remain secluded for peace and quiet. The Deer are very friendly and a few will eat right out of your hand! This was our second stay on Deer Island and we will certainly be booking here again! The background in hospitality most definitely shines through here! Thank you! The Jensen's

The host was fabulous and attentive throughout the booking and our stay. The home was impeccable, conveniently located and had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and leisurely beach vacay!

Thoroughly enjoyed our 1st visit to Seabrook Is. The condo is a very convenient location on the island. It is well appointed & comfortable. We appreciated the beach chairs, etc. Between the 2 bedrooms there is just 1 small closet. The size of the deck & many windows gave it a spacious feeling.

Nice place. Convenient to Kiawah and Freshfields. Down a side road in an older neighborhood but neighbors were friendly enough to wave. House has been remodeled and flows well. We enjoyed our stay and are ready to come back again.

Connie’s place was not only the perfect size and location but also just the perfect vibe. Every part of the treehouse matched what we were wanting out of our vacation and made our trip that much more enjoyable. Whether it was sitting outside drinking coffee in the morning or out by the fire at night, the view and peaceful surroundings along with the interior views created the perfect escape for us throughout our entire stay. Connie was responsive and beyond amazing with every question and help we needed. She was an amazing host and created the best space for our trip, we appreciated every big and small detail!

Beautiful cottage with so much style and charm. The location was perfect to explore the area. We loved the serenity of the house and the garden. We loved our stay at Laurel’s cottage. Just a note - one of us needed to do some work one day and the internet wasn’t strong enough to do a video call (only audio). We only experienced this one day, so wasn’t too big of a deal.

It was an absolute dream to stay here on our honeymoon and we look forward to returning on vacations to come!! :)

We had a great time with our 2 kids. It was close to all the amenities (beach club & pools). Towels, kids toys, and beach chairs were nice touches provided by Leah

This place was absolutely beautiful and the pictures and description were very accurate! My husband and son enjoyed crabbing and fishing off the dock nightly! We enjoyed watching the boats on the Stono River! My bucket list item was Charleston and David's place was exactly what we needed for our stay! Would highly recommend!!

Nice, clean, and convenient place. We loved the proximity to the pool. At the last minute, we left our dogs at home, but we would choose to return to Steve's place if we bring the dogs in the future. We were pleasantly surprised by how quiet the unit was. We never heard the guests who were above us, and only heard the neighbors to the side when they entered their unit.

This place is absolutely amazing, 5 stars really is not enough to describe how great our stay at Tamara's Quiet Farm Getaway was. The area is beautiful and somewhat secluded but not too far from necessities like groceries (8 minutes from Publix) and only about 30 minutes to the middle of downtown Charleston, the owners are very friendly and responsive and gave us some great advice on local places to visit and enjoy. The farm is home to a small flock of curious and cute chickens which we were able to feed and rich in wildlife (we saw 3 deer in one night!). Overall I really could not recommend this place more!
