Holiday rentals with beach access in Kiawah Island

Place was clean and nice. Location was fantastic. Lots of food and drink in walking distance. Beach was never crowded because the public could not get in through the Sea Cabins entrance.

Loved the house and location. We were just far enough from downtown that we couldn’t hear the live music but close enough that it was easily walkable. We also liked being next to the pickleball court. Overall great place and easy access to Charleston for a couple day trips. Would definitely recommend!

My sister, our friend and I stayed at Jills air bnb for four days! Our stay was everything we wanted and more! First, Jills responsiveness and flexibility was 10/10! We had an early flight into Charleston and a late flight out. Jill was flexible and responsive when we inquired about an early/late check in/out. Second, the air bnb was adorable! We had our own private entrance and the bathroom was a perfect space to get ready in with your friends! There was plenty of space in the air bnb but we did not feel overwhelmed! Third, Jill herself was a kind and personable host! We also had the pleasure of meeting her son, who was just as kind! Jill and her family were very welcoming and provided us with recommendations for local activities. We would stay with Jill again in a heartbeat!

I loved everything about this beautiful property, they have everything that you need , it’s very kid friendly, looks just like the pictures and I love that this house is rooted in God !

The location is great, with a beach access right in front of the house. Downtown is a short drive away but you can also walk, which removes the need to park. The place is old but functional.

We came for a wedding and had a lovely stay. The interior was nicely decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Perfect for the two of us and we really appreciated the beach chairs. Would highly recommend it! Hope to visit again one day!

This was our first visit to Hilton Head. We’ve been to Charleston and other places in the general low-country region, but never to HHI. The Spa was the perfect spot with serene scenery that included a private natural beach which we had never experienced. It was the most peaceful, quiet, and least crowded we have ever experienced at the beach. The location was close to everything and the condo was perfect. The price was reasonable compared to other locations and met our needs exceptionally well. It is clean and the host clearly takes pride in their property which is seen with how it is managed. Furthermore, the host is quick to respond when needed. Would stay again if and/or when back in the area.

Matt's place was spotless and thoughtfully designed—ideal for beachgoers. The highlight was its unbeatable location: just one block from the public beach entrance, complete with a rinse station to wash off the sand. This made beach days so much easier and more enjoyable. If you're looking for a clean, stylish, and convenient beach retreat, this place is a top choice.

This property is worth every dollar spent. Our family vacation here will always stay secure in our memories as one of our best experiences. The peaceful and relaxing atmosphere enhanced our time together and we all felt thankful to share the moments here. Truly a first- class property and experience that we will consider renting again in the future.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Hampton House! The house was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. Location on the water can not be beat. All the beach toys and kayaks were a bonus. Derrick was super responsive and helpful. We would definitely come back. Highly recommend.

Do not hesitate to stay at Hugging Tree Cottage - our entire experience from first booking to check out was seamless. I cannot say enough about our host, Kim. She was proactive in reaching out to us to see if we needed anything or had questions and was incredibly responsive and kind when we contacted her. The house is perfection, so so so clean, beautifully decorated, VERY comfortable beds, fabulous and cozy couch, and the golf cart option was amazing. The kitchen is beautiful and has everything you need and the location of the house was so easy to the pool, beach, Freshfields, etc. We were 3 moms and 4 teen girls and it was perfect for our group. We are so grateful to our amazing hosts for an unforgettable long weekend. Thank you! Can’t wait to come again.

We had a fantastic stay at "Blackbeard's Captains Quarters" in Folly Beach. This cozy one-bedroom was just right for our small family, including our toddler. The location is perfect: a quick five-minute walk to the beach via the public access trail. The house was clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and coffee bar. The king-size bed in the bedroom was super comfortable, and the fold-out bed was great, too. The neighborhood block is quiet, and we loved the fun backyard space. Parking was a non-issue (you can park in front or back of the property). The outdoor shower was nice (right next to the entry door), and the public laundry room had plenty of beach chairs for our use. Our host, David, was exceptional—proactive, communicative, and provided clear check-in/check-out instructions. This place is a gem for small families or anyone seeking a compact, comfortable stay. Highly recommend! Five stars!

We had an absolutely lovely time at this beach cottage! We felt right at home. The surroundings are beautiful and the home decor is coastal and cozy. It’s an easy walk to the beach and the outdoor shower made rinsing off a breeze. We loved being on this end of the island - quiet and peaceful. We spent many mornings sitting on the porches drinking coffee. It’s an easy 10 min drive into Folly’s main area (we rented a golf cart for convenience). The hosts were exceptional and were quick to answer any questions we had. Our daughter didn’t want to leave! We can’t wait to return.

It’s a beautiful, well appointed, clean and tastefully decorated home. The home is spacious with a great floor plan. We were 3 families. 6 adults and 5 children. The kids loved the pool. There were numerous pool toys to keep them entertained. The kitchen is a cook’s dream. Everything ( except a coffee grinder) was available. The long kitchen table easily accommodates 12. We enjoyed the porches. There are 3 but we did not use top balcony. ( that is where the fire pit is ) There are lots of steps, but the convenience of the elevator was wonderful. It was a great location as well. We had a lovely time.

Stayed here for a weekend to celebrate a family birthday and had an absolutely wonderful time! The house's location is peaceful and private and the sunrises every morning were sublime. Would absolutely stay again!

The house was fantastic! Jessie and Robin were excellent hosts. They were very informative and responsive. The house was exactly what it was made out to be in the listing and the pictures. It fit our group comfortably and was equipped with everything as advertised. 10/10 would love to stay in this gem of a house again.

Pelican Watch is a beautiful place on Seabrook. The beach is a 2 minute walk from the backdoor with a great view from the back porch. You need a car to get to most restaurants but great places are 10-20 minutes away. Harris Teeter is well stocked nearby with great steaks and seafood as well as wine. I’d definitely stay here again.

Friendly host and loved the deck and yard space for activities. Landscaping and house is beautiful and modern.

Stunning views from an open deck and a super comfy screened deck. Quiet serene atmosphere. Great kitchen amenities. Would definitely like to return.

Communication was excellent. Upon arrival the condo was very clean and nicely decorated. We did not think about bringing beach towels, emailed asking about them, with in an hour or so we had 4 beach towels and additional bath towels delivered to the door. Kitchen was well equipped with everything to cook all our meals. We look forward to staying again soon.

Everything was awesome. The only negative was we didn’t end up getting check-in access until about 5pm the first day, but we did get an hour later checkout. Would stay again for sure

Mary’s place was perfect for our weekend getaway! She was very responsive. The condo was supplied with all that we needed and was in a perfect location! We captured some beautiful sunsets off the back deck and really enjoyed seeing the deer and other wildlife. The beach was very quiet with not many people. Shopping and restaurants were conveniently located. It was a great weekend! We’ll definitely return!

Our stay was wonderful. Tim’s place was clean and spacious. It had all the amenities you would need and was in a great location. Tim was easy to communicate with and all the instructions were written out and easy to follow. I would highly recommend. Seabrook is a beautiful island and we will definitely be back.

Jennifer and Chase were quick to respond to any hiccups that we encountered. The location of the condo was perfect for what we were there for. It was easy to access the beach and a very close walk to the pool. The condo was well stocked with basic essentials, and the decorations were aesthetically pleasing. Parking was plentiful and the overall area felt safe. We loved walking to the ice cream shop and having dole whip. The Acme restaurant was also an easy walk from the condo and I would recommend trying it. There’s a grocery store within a 4 minute drive and the location is close enough to do a nice day trip in Charleston. The coffee shop down the street from the condo wasn’t my cup of tea, but they were friendly and if you just need a quick pick me up it’ll do the trick. Overall, we enjoyed our trip and would come back the Sea Cabins.
