Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Kinheim

Had a very nice stay in the Moselle region! The cottage was equipped with everything we needed and the host gave tips on activities nearby and responded quickly. We had a great extended weekend there! 🙌🏻

Super nice, clean apartment with enough space for four people. The apartment is on the upper floor of Anja's house, you share the entrance area of the house, but have complete privacy upstairs. Everything was sparkling clean, the amenities are good, Anja is very friendly and quick to reach. The only small downside is the location directly on the railway tracks, where you can hear the train passing by from time to time during the day. However, this really only runs during the day and not very often; it did not bother us at all and otherwise it is very quiet. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!

We were looking for a quiet area for the New Year transition and we found that:) Very nice environment for hiking (even in winter). And great apartment with lots of space (there were two of us), nice decor, very well equipped kitchen and and and. And of course a totally friendly and warm hostess! Absolutely recommend!

The accommodation is a dream, everything is spotless and very tasteful and high-quality. Even a wine was chilled for us in the refrigerator. The view from the roof terrace directly to the vineyards is beautiful, you can quickly walk to Traben-Trarbach with many shops, restaurants and excursion possibilities. The pool was also a great change in the hot weather in the evening after our activities. We enjoyed our stay there to the fullest. Thank you for the lovely holiday with you!

We spent six idyllic nights in Karsten's large penthouse apartment. It was stunning and had all you could wish for. Plenty of glass, cutlery and chinaware was a real delight. Something that is sometimes lacking in other places we have stayed in! It was clear from the start that everything has been thoughtfully provided and the instructions for the white goods were perfectly clear. We had an electric floor fan in the bedroom which was very much appreciated too. The highlight at the end of each busy day was to sit and relax with a drink, and look out across to the beautiful church. All the windows have electric blinds and when the windows were closed, it was so peaceful. No traffic noise at all. The locality was great and we could easily walk to the attractions. We cannot praise our host highly enough and thoroughly recommend this wonderful apartment.

We booked the accommodation as wedding guests and were thrilled with how large the accommodation is - enough space to get ready for the wedding at the Besselich Monastery Estate in peace. The terrace was our personal highlight.

We spent 9 days on the Mosel and explored the area and the beautiful and tranquil little places on the great bike paths. Every evening we were happy to come to Heidi's lovingly equipped apartment. It was really everything and more that you needed. We felt super comfortable. Everything was sparkling clean and the location was very very quiet. Graach is a perfect place to explore the area. Thank you dear Heidi for letting us stay with you and you contributed to our wonderful vacation. Best to you !

Great place to stay, well equipped, clean and with nice views. A little over 10 minute drive to the Nurburgring circuit.

Philippe is a superhost. The house is tastefully decorated and equipped with everything. It feels like you're home. The garden is also beautifully landscaped. For me personally, the most beautiful air bnb I have stayed in. Philippe explained everything well and responded extremely quickly to our messages. The area is very nice. Beautiful cycling and hiking routes. We had a great holiday. Thank you, Philippe, for having us as guests in your home.

A stylish and well decorated place. Especially the terrace invites you to linger. Everything clean and modern. There's nothing missing. The communication with the host is great. We felt very comfortable.

Absolutely beautiful house, photos don’t do it justice. Amazing host. Had the absolute best time, everything was clean and tidy and the area was lovely.

The apartment is super close to the Moselle with great views. Everything was as described, we felt very comfortable. :)

We enjoyed our stay in the small bakery for two with our dogs. The cottage is really well furnished and equipped. Above all, we used the bath and outdoor sauna to relax. The sauna is heated with a wood-burning stove, for this there are making wood, lighters and larger logs available. The kitchen is well equipped and the living room in the attic is very homely. Larger dogs can hardly make it up, as the narrow space-saving staircase is very steep. The small bedroom under the roof was nice and clean and very cozy, we slept great in the beautiful box spring bed under the roof window overlooking the stars. Lukas, the host was always available and very helpful. In the nearby beautiful corner there is a small Edeka, a few restaurants and a delicious bakery for breakfast baked goods. Otherwise, you can eat well in Prüm or Bitburg. We will be happy to come back!

It is difficult to describe what a wonderful place this is. You actually have to experience it yourself to understand this. Rest, green, nature, a very complete private house, and Hildegard who wants to help you with everything. The energy of this place is wonderful for relaxing and being yourself. And Hildegard bakes delicious rhubarb cake. Our dog enjoyed the walks in the area and also liked to run in the garden. The garden is not enclosed but large enough to take a walk and enjoy everything that Hildegard's green fingers have brought to bloom. Tip: indeed, follow Hildegard's clear instructions to find the way, because the route planner kept sending us over a bike path!

The very quiet and beautifully located accommodation was easy to find and we were greeted almost to the minute. We felt very welcome right away and everything was very nicely arranged for us. Inside, it's even more beautiful than in the photos. Much of it looks like new, especially the kitchen and living area are modern and high-quality. The amenities are very extensive - it lacks nothing. Everything is bright and friendly and you have a great, unobstructed view of the beautiful landscape. The balcony and garden area with barbecue are also nice to use, where you can start or end the day, as well as in the sauna. There is more than enough space for vehicles, everything was very clean and the hosts were always available to us (very short response times). The surrounding area offers a lot of nature - the barefoot park is practically in sight. Many worthwhile excursion destinations can be reached quickly by car. We can therefore recommend this accommodation without reservation!

I gave the accommodation to my parents for Christmas at the time of the wine week in Cochem. They raved about the place and the accommodation. Bernd was very helpful and friendly and easy to reach. Check in/out probably worked smoothly. You could walk very well in the village. Everyone was very happy and the surroundings were probably fantastic according to the pictures I saw.

Andreas was very good in communicating with us and very responsive. We enjoyed our stay at his beautiful clean house. He also suggested some stores and local restaurants around the area. He's very helpful. Thank you!

Everything was great. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay again! Super comfortable, well-equipped, and well-located. JJ answered all my questions without any problems. The instructions were very clear. If possible, it would be great to have more recommendations for places to visit or where to eat. That kind of information from someone who knows the area is always helpful. :) We regret not having a working coffee maker for breakfast, but we were able to figure it out. I would really recommend this place! Everything was impeccable. Thank you for a great stay!

Wow, what a location this was! We left our previous b&b early due to noise pollution, so we booked this at the last minute. And what an oasis of peace this was! Beautiful, modern and large house. More spacious than our home. I would expect this living space and kitchen in a 6-8 person cottage. Nice and cool, ideal that the entire cottage can be darkened with shutters. Luxurious bathroom. And then that beautiful spacious green private garden with several seating areas. What a pity we could only stay here so briefly, would have liked to stay longer! The only downside is that there is only 1 bedroom, so daughter slept in the room with us. In terms of space, an extra room could easily have been created. It's nice that a crate was a duplo. And even a laundry room. Many windows/light so you can enjoy the beautiful view everywhere and enter the garden through the sliding door. Nice playground nearby. Friendly host, responds quickly to messages.

We were guests at Claudia's for the third year in a row and are still enthusiastic about the apartment. For the four of us adults, the apartment offered plenty of space. In addition, the apartment is equipped with everything you need. Towels and bed linen included. This is where you can come in and feel good. We're already looking forward to next year!
