Our village is 10 km from the equestrian town of Verden, right on the Weser-Aller cycle path and a five-minute walk to the river. Children and dogs are welcome.

The small apartment is on an old farm that has been converted into apartments. The charm of the apartment with the old beams invites you to relax and unwind. A large associated property can be used for picnicking or sunbathing. There is plenty of parking on the farm. The apartment is located in Düshorn, a small village in the Lüneburg Heath. There is a bakery and village shop, and in Walsrode, 3 km away, there are numerous shopping opportunities.

My place is close to the heath park, safari park, bird park, snowdome, Soltauer thermal spa. The apartment has its own terrace in south-east orientation. The apartment is in the basement of a residential building built in 2014 and has a new and upscale equipment. The metropolises of Hamburg/Hanover/Bremen are each less than an hour away. Bad Fallingbostel can be reached by bike within a very short time and offers everything for everyday needs.

The guest room is in a very central location, both the A1 and the train station with connections to HB and HH are just around the corner. There is a private apartment door from the hallway as well as a private bathroom with shower. The room has smart home amenities, Wi-Fi, external roller blinds and parquet flooring. This sounds like a charming basement apartment in an attractive location! The proximity to the historic old town of Verden Aller is certainly a great advantage, as you can quickly reach the amenities and atmosphere of the city. The living and sleeping area as well as the small kitchen niche offer a practical and cozy living atmosphere. The bathroom with shower and washing machine is also very practical and increases comfort.

Arrive and feel good. Country house for two to four people furnished with a lot of love for detail. Shopping and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is quiet. You can reach hiking trails, Nordic walking or jogging routes or the outdoor swimming pool within minutes. The lovingly furnished apartment offers space for 3 people and invites you to feel good. The Lieth forest starts after about 2 minutes walk. Shopping facilities and the tourist information office are within walking distance.
