Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

Living space of 30 m2 with only one sofa bed, 140 cm wide (a single air mattress is available). Tiled bathroom. Kitchen with fridge/freezer, pantry, stove, microwave, grill, kettle, coffee maker. Two small patios are available next to the house. The rent includes water and electricity. A lovely sauna is available to book on the island for those who want to.

Access to washing machine and dryer is available. The house is located about 200-300 meters from Bleket beach, kayak rental and a sourdough bakery. Walking distance to the island Klädesholmen where you will find restaurants and the nearest grocery store.
