Beautiful cottage with garden in Pörtschach!

At the beginning of 2021, we renovated the semi-detached house and furnished it in a modern way and are looking forward to our first guests. In the garden there is a climbing frame, ping pong table and a grill. The covered terrace with a large table invites you to eat together. A fully equipped kitchen, large living-dining area and small bathroom are located on the ground floor and three bedrooms with double bed, a children's room with bunk bed and a bathroom with bath, shower and toilet on the 1st floor.

Seehaus-Kärnten "Wildenstein" [Lakeside Chalet]

Natural paradise away from hustle and bustle An oasis for peace seekers and nature-loving active vacationers on an island in South Carinthia, surrounded by Drau and Lake Linsendorfer See. Private lake access and private bathing bay are in the immediate vicinity. The path is located on an apple orchard and flower meadows, the lake is in about 200 meters in walking distance. The modern wooden bungalows are located directly on the Drauradweg, a highlight for cycling enthusiasts.

The apartment (79m2) is located on the 2nd floor of Villa Hygiea on Lake Wörthersee. The bedroom is equipped with a box spring double bed, the living area with a cozy sleeping alcove (double sofa bed box spring), dining table & LED TV. There is a bathroom with spacious rain shower, bidet and toilet. The well-equipped kitchen convinces with a glass-ceramic stove, fridge & freezer, dishwasher, oven and Nespresso machine. It's perfect for 2-4 people.

The self-contained residential unit is located in the garden wing of a Mediterranean-style private house just ten minutes from Klagenfurt and Lake Wörthersee. I live on the upper floors with my family. The twenty-meter long pool and the fantastic garden, which is located directly in front of your bedroom, can be used at any time. I also speak English and Italian and will be happy to help you make your vacation a real dream vacation.
