It offers an outdoor hot tub, shower with nature view, steam sauna, wood-burning stove, terrace, XXL couch and super king size bed, fully equipped kitchen, ice maker, Bluetooth music system, record player, Wi-Fi, 2 x BBQ area, bicycles, home office, 2 x spa, private cinema, giant swing, fireplace, swimming area, wood chopper and much more. Approx. 60 m² apartment on the 2nd floor (sloping ceilings are to be expected) to relax in the middle of Alt Duvenstedt in the Hüttener Berge Nature Park near the A7. The entire building where the apartment is located consists of two houses with three residential units connected by a former blacksmith. The apartment is in the older part of the building and has its own apartment entrance door. After many excursions on foot, by bike or car (or whatever), it is the ideal retreat.

The house is on the edge of a vacation home settlement, surrounded by greenery with fantastic views of the Schlei. In a few minutes, you will be at the water. The house, the large terraces and the garden offer space to play and relax in any weather.

Ideal starting point for hikes and bike tours near Schleswig! Located between Schlei and Hüttener Bergen - each only about 5 km away. The Selker Noor with its own swimming area is only 3.4 km away, and the Viking village of Haitabu, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is also very close, as are Gottorf Castle, Schleswig Cathedral and the harbor. It is also only 20 km to Eckernförde Bay!

Our cozy 12 sqm guest house is equipped with two sofa beds (140 x 200), fridge, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Linens and towels are provided. The cabin is insulated, but has NO HEATING and NO KITCHEN. No heaters of any kind or hotplates may be operated. The bathroom in the annex is 15 m away. Garden table and chairs, garden loungers and barbecue are available.
