There are three terraces around the house with outdoor kitchen in the form of a grill and pizza oven. There is underfloor heating throughout the house, which has three rooms with a total of 6 beds, an entrance hall, a bathroom with a large shower, a cozy kitchen/living room and a living room with access to the terrace.

The house has two rooms with 4 beds, a brand new bathroom, a nice kitchen/living room, and a living room with a large alcove with an additional 2 beds. The home is well furnished with a dishwasher, washing machine, modern kitchen, living room and two good bedrooms with closet space. The property is located within walking distance of the city's cozy inns, the Købmanden and the famous waves of Cold Hawaii. Please note! Bedding, sheets and towels must be brought by yourself, but can be rented from us for a fee (75 DKK per person). (The house is painted black on the outside after pictures are taken)
