Village school meets country house style This charming house was built in 1920 as a village school. At the beginning of 2025, we took it over and since then we have been transforming five apartments into stylish retreats with a lot of love – three are already finished. Our focus is deliberately on slowing down and relaxing. We have done away with televisions and invite you to come to yourself: in nature, on the nearby beach. Listen to the sound of the waves, breathe deeply and enjoy the simple, beautiful life.

By the pool and beach 1 "Neu"

In the middle of nature lies the small vacation village of Barendorf. Here, everyone is in good hands who is looking for peace in a nicely furnished two-room apartment between Lübeck-Travemünde and Boltenhagen. The 9x 5 m indoor pool invites with 26 degrees water temperature in winter , as in summer. The apartment is very well appointed and has a balcony with south-east orientation. The not overcrowded beach is within walking distance via a hiking trail through the beautiful nature ( about 800 m).

"Feldrain" – a cozy wooden house in the countryside, part of an ensemble with a communal sauna and private garden. Large windows open the view of the horse paddock, nature and tranquility included. On about 60 m², up to 4 guests (+2 extra beds) will find space to feel good. Chill area for kids on the gallery, private sauna wellness times can be reserved, child-friendly beach in 10 minutes by foot. "Goldmädchen - Honeymoon Suite" A luxury-class beach villa welcomes you on the first sea line. The 125-year-old villa "Goldmädchen" was faithfully renovated in 2021. The result is four spacious, modern and exclusively equipped apartments. Enjoy the view over the Bay of Lübeck from the rooftop terrace of the Goldmädchen. The apartment has two bedrooms, a living/dining area with kitchen island, a bathroom, a sauna and a large roof terrace facing the sea.

Comfortable apartment, right near the beach (3-minute walk). Come in and feel good! Just everything freshly renovated and newly furnished for two adults and another sofa bed for two small children or a teenager. Apartment Mehrblick, Travemünde

Hello dears, Starting in December 2021, you will have the opportunity to book my beloved and lovingly furnished Baltic Sea apartment. The apartment is located on the 26th floor of the Maritim Hotel in Travemünde and is located directly on the beach. From the 6 m² balcony you have a beautiful view over the spa hotels of Travemünde and see as far as the Bay of Lübeck and the horizon of the Baltic Sea. Here you can relax and unwind wonderfully.

Haus Ahlma - M1

Haus Ahlma is centrally located in Boltenhagen, only about 350 meters from the beach and 450 meters from the spa park. Close to shops, bakeries, cafes, restaurants and a pharmacy. The house is divided into two halves (A- and M-side). Each half has a separate entrance, through which you can reach an apartment on the ground floor and one on the 1st floor. A parking space is available for each apartment right by the house.

The 54 m² apartment is only about 80 m from Zierower beach. From the balcony you can enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea. The living room is comfortably furnished and in the bedroom a 1.80 m wide box-spring bed invites you to sleep in. The kitchen is fully equipped. Bedding is available. You have to bring your own towels.
