At the beginning of 2025, we took it over and since then we have been transforming five apartments into stylish retreats with a lot of love – three are already finished. Our focus is deliberately on slowing down and relaxing. We have done away with televisions and invite you to come to yourself: in nature, on the nearby beach. The first living level offers an open-plan kitchen with dining area, a guest room with two single beds, a wardrobe and TV, and a bathroom with shower and toilet with a washing machine. The second floor offers you a large open space with a comfortable living area with a TV on the left half of the room and a cozy sleeping area on the right half of the room. Wifi is available.

Upper Beach - balcony, right in the center, close to the beach

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

Hello dears, Starting in December 2021, you will have the opportunity to book my beloved and lovingly furnished Baltic Sea apartment. The apartment is located on the 26th floor of the Maritim Hotel in Travemünde and is located directly on the beach. From the 6 m² balcony you have a beautiful view over the spa hotels of Travemünde and see as far as the Bay of Lübeck and the horizon of the Baltic Sea. Here you can relax and unwind wonderfully.

Haus Ahlma - A1

Haus Ahlma is centrally located in Boltenhagen, only about 350 meters from the beach and 450 meters from the spa park. Close to shops, bakeries, cafes, restaurants and a pharmacy. The house is divided into two halves (A- and M-side). Each half has a separate entrance, through which you can reach an apartment on the ground floor and one on the 1st floor. A parking space is available for each apartment right by the house.
