Located directly on the canal in the backyard is the loft apartment with a large terrace on the ground floor. A beach chair and a large table with chairs for working and eating allow an indoor and outdoor stay. The loft itself is atypical of Friedrichstadt. In an old workshop in the backyard, two charming, high-quality loft apartments were built in 2023. Underfloor heating and generous interior fittings offer everything loft lovers could wish for. Kayaks/SUPs are on site and included.

Bestens geeignet für zwei Personen ist diese kleine Wohnung im Erdgeschoss. Auf Anfrage können hier drei Personen übernachten, die dritte Person darf in dem Alkoven unter der Treppe schlafen. Das Schlafzimmer lässt sich durch eine Tür schließen. Über diesem meerchenhaften Apartment befindet sich die Nordstrandnixe über Land.

The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one in an open gallery above living and dining area) and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. The apartment is located in a listed thatched house built around 1830 in the attic. It can accommodate 4 people on two levels in a stylish ambiance in the immediate vicinity of Friedrichstadt, the rivers Treene and Eider with swimming areas and the North Sea. The seaside resort of Sankt Peter Ording is about 40 km away. A beach chair can be used there free of charge. The house is located on a large property and invites you to relax with the view of the green meadows.

Our small apartment is for people without demands. (e.g. no dishwasher & freezer) It is on our property in the extension with its own entrance & terrace, which is fenced. If you are looking for solitude, this is the wrong place, as our path leads past the terrace. You are rarely alone. Dogs are as welcome as children. Attention: we have two Hovawarts. Oldenswort is a good starting point for excursions. ‼️Due to the expansion of the B there is a lot of traffic‼️

The accommodation is part of our Quellental forest estate in Odderade, Dithmarschen district and is located in the middle of a forest clearing, nestled in a picturesque pond area. Our forestry operation is part of the largest forest area on the North Sea coast, the Riesewohld. Here, 700 hectares of partly uncultivated, natural forest invite you to linger and explore.
