Loft 1 - Simmerdeis on the canal

Located directly on the canal in the backyard is the loft apartment with a large terrace on the ground floor. A beach chair and a large table with chairs for working and eating allow an indoor and outdoor stay. The loft itself is atypical of Friedrichstadt. In an old workshop in the backyard, two charming, high-quality loft apartments were built in 2023. Underfloor heating and generous interior fittings offer everything loft lovers could wish for. Kayaks/SUPs are on site and included.

Our holiday home is in the very town centre and has a sauna as well as a lovely closed yard which offers privacy and protection against the wind. All facilities are within a short walking distance. The apartment is located in a listed thatched house built around 1830 in the attic. It can accommodate 4 people on two levels in a stylish ambiance in the immediate vicinity of Friedrichstadt, the rivers Treene and Eider with swimming areas and the North Sea. The seaside resort of Sankt Peter Ording is about 40 km away. A beach chair can be used there free of charge. The house is located on a large property and invites you to relax with the view of the green meadows.

In the landmarked house right in the center is the stylish little apartment "Der Beamte." The official lives in a living/bedroom with double bed, dining table, desk & TV on the first floor. In the back, he lingers in the courtyard, which invites you to barbecue and linger in gray-colored weather. The official likes it a little stuffy, sits at the desk from 8-9 am & writes postcards, then drops the pen & likes to try the culinary delights in the immediate vicinity.
