Wonderful cottage with a patio that has ocean views

We rent out our cottage, which is a real gem all year round. The location is perfect with a 5-10 minute walk to saltwater swimming and nice viewpoints. By car, you can get to Marstrand in 20 minutes and to Gothenburg in 35 minutes and we recommend having a car. The cottage is older and simple but has been partially renovated in the winter of 2025. It is located on a beautiful natural plot and has a sunroom with a balcony that has sea views. The house is suitable for families with children, friends and couples. Maximum 4 adults but more if they are children.

Relax in this unique and tranquil accommodation with views that extend across the entire Askimsfjorden all the way out to Tistlarna. Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. Approximately 300 meters to Orust's finest swimming area with docks, diving towers, cliffs and a small beach for the little ones. Well-stocked grocery store and excellent pizzeria 150 meters from the house.

With us, you will stay in a small cottage from the 1800s, with a large balcony and access to a garden. You can park on the property and if you want to work for a while, there is a functional workplace with Wi-Fi. Spacious living room with dining table and a generous sofa, a newly renovated kitchen that is fully equipped for all kinds of cooking, upstairs with bedroom and sleeping alcove.
