Gänsetrappe - Vacation in a monument

Immerse yourself in a world of the past. The Gänsetrappe is a 335-year-old individual monument in the old town of Ballenstedt. The house is detached on the approximately 1000 square meter property at the end of a dead end road. The originality has been preserved as much as possible and carefully combined with the contemporary requirements of a cozy vacation home. Rustikale Hexenhütte mit Blick auf den Fluss aus dem gemütlichen Bett heraus. Eine Sitzecke bietet genügend Platz um gemütlich zu frühstücken oder mit Blick in die Natur zu arbeiten. Das gesamte Haus wurde in massivbauweise vom Tischler gefertigt. Auf der Terrasse direkt vor dem Häuschen kann man auch im Freien wunderbar den Flussblick genießen. Toilette und Dusche gibt es im Sanitärhaus 50 m entfernt. Ein Saunahäuschen kann gegen Aufpreis genutzt werden.

On approx. 65 m², a comfortably furnished apartment with a combined kitchen/living room including a cozy living/sleeping and dining area as well as a fitted kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed & a large bathroom with shower awaits you. The apartment can accommodate a total of 4 people. A children's travel crib can be provided free of charge upon request.

Our beautiful apartment is located on the 1st floor of an old barn on our farm! We have an outdoor pool heated with wood on site for all our guests, as well as a terrace with enough space for 10 people and a grill / campfire! A baker is located in the village and further shopping facilities can be reached in about 10 minutes by car.
