The "chicken house"

The chicken house is located in the middle of the beautiful permagar, below a former monastery, on the Katzenhof in Bachhupten. Gabi and Guido live here their dream of independence and want to expand the farm in a sustainable and tedious way. For example, the walls and ceiling of the chicken house have been made from the more than 200-year-old floorboards of the main house. The holiday apartment is located below the village of Amden. The peasant family also lives in the same house. During the hay harvest or other work, there may therefore be some noise (milking machine, hay ventilation) or there are odor emissions (slurry). But we do our best and take this into account as far as possible. We have cats, dogs and chickens, the goats and cows are from June-September on Alp. We sell organic milk and eggs. Dogs are allowed, just book with us, costs 30 Fr.

Beautiful apartment 1 in new wooden house 100m to the lake

In the morning run to the lake in swimsuits and swim a small round, then enjoy breakfast in the sunshine on the terrace and then spend the day in the beach 2min away. In the evening, stroll into the beautiful old town of Überlingen and end the evening on the terrace. He could look something like this, a holiday in our holiday apartment on Lake Constance.

The apartment was newly built in an old farmhouse (anno 1833). During the preparation, care was taken to use as many natural building materials as possible (wood, clay, hemp). The partition walls were designed as truss walls. The living room forms a room with the kitchen. The apartment has approx. 60 m² and is barrier-free.
