You can easily go for a swim (just 100m to a public small beach) and from many spots you can catch a view to the lake, to Überlingen and the landing stage of Dingelsdorf - no hectic, no stress - just relax & enjoy. The appartement is not located close to the road in the middle of a garden and orchard close to the lake. View is only limited by the fruit trees - beautiful lakeview in wintertime.

Zum See sind es nur ein paar Minuten den Berg hinunter. Hier könnt Ihr mit der Fähre nach Meersburg übersetzen - auch die Insel Mainau ist nicht weit. In die Altstadt führt ein schöner Uferweg oder der kostenlose direkte Bus (ca. 20 min.).

Herzlich willkommen in unserem kleinen Paradies! Wir haben uns über die letzten Jahre ein kleine Oase erschaffen, in der es uns an nichts mehr gefehlt hat. Von Gästezimmer, über Sauna, Whirlpool, Glamping Dome, Pavillon und Outdoor Küche umfasst unser Garten alles was man für eine gemütliche Zeit braucht. Wir wohnen am Rande einer sehr kleinen Ortschaft, etwa 14 kilometer vom Bodensee entfernt. Der Garten ist umgeben von Natur und hier in der Region lassen sich viele schöne Dinge unternehmen.

The apartment is located just opposite the University of Applied Sciences, 100 m from the shore of Lake Constance and the beach bar, 500 m from the old town with Niederburg and the cathedral. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Wir vermieten eine kleine aber feine und sehr romantische Unterkunft (Tinyhouse) für 2 Personen in unserem Hinterhof mit teilweise überdachtem Aussensitzplatz. Das Tinyhouse hat eine Grundflächen von ca. 18 qm. Auf kleinstem Raum befindet sich alles was man zum Glücklichsein braucht.
