Ideally suited as a base for expeditions on Lake Constance or the leisurely exploration of Konstanz: Located on the quiet outskirts of the city, you are either directly on the lake (5 minutes on foot) or quickly in the old town of Konstanz. And for a walk in the woods, you just have to cross the street! In the evening, you can enjoy a Lake Constance wine or our panoramic kitchen on the extended staircase landing. Apartment on the sunny hillside

If you want to relax for a few days, or you are looking for an apartment for a longer period of time, you will feel comfortable in the 2-room apartment. It is centrally located in a quiet location in Constance, below the vineyards. In just a few minutes you can be on foot, by bike, or bus to the lake, city or university. All the shops for your everyday needs are close by. The 3-m-wide dormer in the living room is on the south side and offers a beautiful view of the countryside.

ELW, about 20 square meters, in a quiet residential area, right by the forest and yet central. You will sleep on a 160 x 200 cm wide bed. Kitchenette with fridge, 2 hotplates and dining area as well as a private bathroom await you. Your friends or family members are welcome to rent the "Nature lovers and city lovers no. 2" apartment at the same time. Through a possibly open connecting passage, you can enjoy your vacation together and still have your own realm.

Small studio-apartment, new and charming

A lovely, newly renovated roof studio equipped with air conditioning. Located in the centre of Konstanz near „Seerhein“ the roof studio can be easily reached by all means of transportation. There are cafes, shopping facilities and a bakery nearby. The studio is perfectly designed for all people who want to feel at ease in the middle of the town. The bathroom is small but practically arranged. There is a kitchenette with a fridge, a stove and a dishwasher.

Idyllic lakeside

Our cozy, large, bright apartment is ideal for 1 - 3 guests who want a relaxing break. It is also a great starting point for excursions in the beautiful surroundings and to interesting destinations. Also in autumn and winter! The lake is only a few minutes down the mountain. Here you can take the ferry to Meersburg - and the island of Mainau is not far away. A nice long waterfront path or the free, direct bus (about 20 min.) leads to the old town.

Welcome directly to the lake. In our beautiful apartment, a vacation awaits you from the start. The apartment is very bright and friendly. You can reach the center of Konstanz in 15-20 minutes on foot along the lake shore. Free bus use, bus stop in 5-8 min. A linen towel fee/stay of €10 will be charged per guest 3 and 4. The Constance climate protection tax of 5.6% is added to the rental price. The apartment has a minimum rental period of 7 days.

Cozy old town apartment for up to 2 people (max. 2.5) - Renovated and newly furnished in early 2025 - and yet still with the charm of a medieval building from 1554 (ceiling height 2.35 m) Centrally located yet very quiet in the old town, the cozy apartment is an ideal base for exploring the city with its sights, the diverse gastronomy nearby as well as Lake Constance and the Rhine. The harbor and train station are within a few minutes' walk.

Enjoy the special flair in our small apartment "Zum Mauerwerk." Vacation, living or working on beautiful Lake Constance in listed walls and that in the oldest district of Constance - the Niederburg. The first-floor apartment is centrally located in the old town between the Rhine and the cathedral. Within walking distance you can reach all the sights, localities, cultural attractions, the Rhine and Lake Constance.

Findling -with its own beach, directly on Bodensee

Modern and very well-equipped holiday flat directly on Lake Constance with its own beach and several outdoor seating areas. In summer it is wonderful to sunbathe, cool off in the lake and barbecue on the large terrace. In the colder months, the barrel sauna (Extra fees) in the garden, the fireplace, the duo bathtub and the direct lake view invite you to linger in a cosy atmosphere.

Die stilvoll eingerichtete, zentral gelegene Wohnung ist der ideale Startpunkt um die Konstanzer Altstadt, den Bodensee und die Umgebung zu erkunden. Direkt an der Fußgängerzone aber im hinteren Teil des Hauses, verhältnismäßig ruhig gelegen, lädt die Wohnung im zweiten Obergeschoss gleichzeitig dazu ein, sich in gemütlicher Atmosphäre zurückzuziehen und zu entspannen.

The property is located in our garden.
