Just 75 meters from the sea, this cozy newly renovated cottage with sleeping loft and extra beds in the living room. It has a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc.) and dining area. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. The cottage is 32 sqm downstairs and about 20 sqm in the loft. Wi-Fi and TV with Chromecast. Non-smoking Outside, there is a patio deck with dining area and storage with barbecue and toys. Despite the seclusion, it is only 2 km to the nearest golf course, 4 km to the sea and 10 km to central Halmstad and Tylösand. Haverdal Nature Reserve with Scandinavia's highest sand dune and beautiful hiking trails can be found on your way to the sea.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Here you live in a cozy house on our farm, the view is fantastic and it is not impossible to see fallow deer and moose grazing in the field. At the back, there is a large balcony where you can see the sun rise. Proximity to lakes with fishing (fishing license required) and forest, 9 km to central Halmstad and 7 km to Hallarna where there are also restaurants. If you want to get to the sea, there are several nice beaches within 15 minutes' drive. Breakfast can be booked the night before.

Shoppingcentret Hallarna nås på 3 km och för dagligvaror finns ICA Maxi inom 2 km. Servicebutik med färskt bröd hittar ni på Hagöns camping, 5 minuters promenad från stugan.

Huset ligger några kilometer från Tylösand och några hundra meter från havet. Huset har en öppen planlösning med stora sällskapsytor. Sängarna är alltid bäddade vid ankomst, handdukar och slutstädning ingår i bokningen. Stor uppvärmd pool (5 x 10m) finns maj -september. Spabad (minst 38 grader) med bastu bredvid finns året om.
