Cabin on Styrsö

In our little cottage you get peace and quiet and can easily take you up the mountain where you get a view of the horizon. The cottage is suitable for 2 people but there are beds and space for up to 4 people. There is a stove, fridge, kettle, microwave ,shower and toilet. Patio on two sides of the cabin and access to barbecue. You will be close to swimming in Halsvik and the cottage is located in the middle of the island. As a guest, you clean the cabin before departure. Towel and bed set can be borrowed. Let us know before. Welcome to Elin and Jerker

Charming cottage with unique location on almost car-free island! Living room and kitchen in one, toilet and shower, separate bedroom with bunk beds, sleeping loft with two beds and corner sofa in the main cabin. Laundry room with entrance from the gable. Nice sea view from the main cabin!. 50 meters from the bathing jetty, private garden with patio furniture. The car is parked on the mainland. Guests clean themselves, leave in the same condition as when arriving. The guest brings sheets and towels, or rent: sheets 150, towel 50, per person.

Relax in this unique and quiet home that straddles the entire Askim fjord all the way to the Tistlen. Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the screezes of the seagull for the morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there are no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the knot. Here is the proximity to Gothenburg city center(14min), the quietness and nice swimming. Warm welcome to my guest house!

Välkommen till vår mysiga lilla sjöbod med havsutsikt precis vid färjeläget Styrsö Tången. Sjöboden som är över 150 år har vi varsamt renoverat och utrustat med allt du behöver för en vistelse på vår underbara ö. Sjöboden ligger i vår prunkande trädgård med tillgång till en egen altan med förmiddagssol och en större altan framför huset med magiska solnedgångar. Sjöboden ligger ett stenkast från färjeläget och några minuters promenad till café, restaurang, mataffär och olika badplatser.

Knarrholmen is a car-free island with several nice swimming areas, both with a sandy beach, bathing jetty and cliff jumping. You can only get there by ferry or your own boat. Knarrholmen can offer both paddle track, outdoor gym, sauna and nice walking paths. There is also a very nice restaurant on the island.

Cabin by the water with its own sauna and jetty

Välkommen till vår stuga intill vattnet på Stora Förö i Göteborgs södra skärgård. Ön når ni enkelt efter en kort och mysig resa med skärgårdsbåtarna från Saltholmen. Från stugan som ligger några meter från vattnet har ni fantastisk havsutsikt! Stora Förö har många badvänliga klippor men även långgrund badplats för barn. I närheten av stugan ligger den lilla affären där man kan få nygräddat bröd på mornarna (under semestertider).

Our little guesthouse is cosy and quite, in the end of the "street". It is simple, estetic and easy to like. The veranda gives you possibility to look at the boat passing by to Denmark and Gothenburg. If you like to get inspirated och to take long walks, this is a perfect place for You. We have a couple of restaurants on the island and help You find the best places to bath, walk and eat. Quiet and close to nature.

Wonderful stay on this idyllic little island, 15 minutes by boat from the coast. Warm welcome by the owners. The house is great, with sea views, small terraces. A real joy! Also a beautiful excursion to the neighboring island (2 min by boat) with coastal path and access to a 3rd island, nature reserve... all this close to Gothenburg, it was ideal! We will be happy to come back!

The host is very friendly. Very quiet cottage suitable for relaxing. You can go into town by bus. The bus stop is 5 minutes on foot and you are also inside in 20 minutes. The route is convenient to enjoy the beautiful scenery. We didn't think it was important to have a washing machine. We had to wash several t-shirts in the east, but we managed to work it out by hand and we were able to spread out in the yard. Sure, if we had asked Kirsten, she will definitely help with that as much as anything. We saw deer and bunny in the garden several times. If you want silence and peace, live with Kirsten:)

The lake cottage

We had a wonderful time at the place! The view of the lake is really fantastic. We also used the sauna and - if we had stayed longer - would certainly have taken a canoe trip. The location is wonderful: on the one hand, you are in the middle of nature and can enjoy the tranquility, but at the same time, you can also quickly reach various excursion destinations in the area, especially in and around Gothenburg. August was very friendly and accommodating. He provided us with a baby bed for our son at short notice. We would have liked to stay a little longer!
