In winter, its location will be appreciated by ski lovers who can use the adjacent ski areas or countless cross-country skiing trails with connections to the Jizera Highway. Skog is modern apartment designed in a minimalist Scandi style, using mostly natural materials in the interior. It has about 70m2 and includes 2 separate bedrooms. One is in the attic with lower ceiling. A spacious terrace belongs to the apartment. It is situated in the neighbourhood with some other built houses in similar style within walking distance to the centre. Mumlava waterfall is only 10mins forrest walk. 007 building (gym and squash centre) is being renovated from 07/2025 to 03/2026.

Newly renovated wooden building in the Jizera Mountains Protected Landscape Area. We offer a quiet environment with parking and access to many winter resorts. In summer, it is possible to come with bicycles and enjoy the landscape with its unique beauty. In winter, especially during the winter holidays, we prefer accommodation for the whole week, i.e. from Saturday to Saturday.
