Wifi and smart TV are available Private parking in basement, and possibility for guest parking. Short distance to Aquarama, the square walk, the pedestrian street and good bus connection to the Zoo.

10 min from R9. 20 min from Vennesla. 30 min from Kristiansand and 45 min from Kristiansand Zoo. If GPS leads you onto a gravel road about 7 km from the cabin, you must find an alternative route. The road has a barrier at both ends. 100 m from bike route 3. Very fast internet. Outdoor living room with fireplace can be borrowed on request. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin. Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. Lots of small fish in the river. No fishing license required.

Cottage with all equipment, spa, trampoline, 3 kayaks and a 13 foot boat with 15hp at the private dock. Kitchen and place to eat at the dock. Beautiful calm fjord, lots of fish and crabs, short boat trip to the outer islands to feel the ocean. Nice boat trips behind the islands. Climbing connection. zipline., tubing and waterski. Bigger more stable Yamarin 15 foot with 100hp 4stroke Yamaha can be rented for 1000kr a night or a Musling 14 with 60hp yamaha 4stroke for 800kr a night.

Beliggende midt i den sørlandske villmarka mellom to tjern langt fra folk og veier. Tretopp hytte i 4 etasjer - en ekte tilbake til naturen opplevelse! Stor grad av komfort med gode senger, panoramautsikt og velutstyrt kjøkken. Eneste varmekilde er vedkomfyren og hytta er kun opplyst med stearinlys og batterilampe. God gammeldags utedo nede på skogbunnen. Bålplass, kano, robåt, snekkerbod og klatrenett kan brukes fritt. Badestamp og badstue har en ekstra kostnad.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.

Flakk Gård is located in scenic surroundings on the river Tovdal. The apartment has been completely renovated and is characterized by charm and tranquility. The place is good for couples, friends, families (with kids), and groups. The bedrooms are designed for two families on a trip, but are also good for a group of friends on a fishing trip. The river Tovdal is a well-known salmon river, and large fish are taken both up and down the river.
