Øygarden is an old family farm located in scenic surroundings at Grislevann in Lindesnes. The house is very old but restored to today's standards although much of the old cane has been used further. There is a new modern kitchen and a bathroom. The house has an outdoor living room with a fireplace and TV. A greenhouse is also attached to a greenhouse where you can enjoy life and snack local vegetables. By the water there is a beach and boats you can borrow. There are great hiking trails in the immediate area. It's also great to go fishing trout for trout in the water

The house is about 50 m2 with porch of about 60 m2 around. Car parking spaces for 3 cars. Electric car charger. There are marked hiking trails around the cabin area, as well as a beach with a diving board and floating jetty. Great outdoor area for picking wild mushrooms and berries in late summer and autumn. Possibility to go fishing in the fjord.

Short distance to the store, about 15 min drive to Kristiansand.

Cottage with all equipment, spa, trampoline, 3 kayaks and a 13 foot boat with 15hp at the private dock. Kitchen and place to eat at the dock. Beautiful calm fjord, lots of fish and crabs, short boat trip to the outer islands to feel the ocean. Nice boat trips behind the islands. Climbing connection. zipline., tubing and waterski. Bigger more stable Yamarin 15 foot with 100hp 4stroke Yamaha can be rented for 1000kr a night or a Musling 14 with 60hp yamaha 4stroke for 800kr a night.

Chicken house Lower Snartemo gard

You will stay in the immediate vicinity of Snartemobekken which is a side stream of the river Lygna where the salmon plays. Lower Snartemo is a old yard with a barn that is under restoration. On the farm there are traces of settlement from the pre-Roman Iron Age until our time. The famous Snartemo Sword is found only 200 meters away - in other words you live in the middle of history. Welcome to our charming cottage on the seafront in Kåfjord, Lindesnes! It offers stunning views and quiet atmosphere. Here you can fish, explore nature or just relax by the water. Perfect for a relaxing getaway. There is a beach and dock right in front of the cabin and fresh water with swimming area and beach 80 meters behind the cabin. You can drive all the way to the cabin and there are 4 parking spaces. There is a possibility of renting a boat.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.
