The house is about 50 m2 with porch of about 60 m2 around. Car parking spaces for 3 cars. Electric car charger. There are marked hiking trails around the cabin area, as well as a beach with a diving board and floating jetty. Great outdoor area for picking wild mushrooms and berries in late summer and autumn. Possibility to go fishing in the fjord.

New 2021. 9 regular beds + 1 crib for small children. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms. Sliding door on both floors to spacious terraces with garden furniture. Barbecue. View of the fjord and archipelago both from the cabin and on the terraces. Large plot and private jetty and swimming platform below the cabin. 2 sit-on-top kayaks for free use in June-August. Boat w/outboard motor may be rented.

You will stay in the immediate vicinity of Snartemobekken which is a side stream of the river Lygna where the salmon plays. Lower Snartemo is a old yard with a barn that is under restoration. On the farm there are traces of settlement from the pre-Roman Iron Age until our time. The famous Snartemo Sword is found only 200 meters away - in other words you live in the middle of history. The cabin is from 2018 and has stunning views of the archipelago and open sea. Here you wake up every morning to complete silence, except for the sound of waves from the rocks below the cabin windows There is throughout a high standard in the cabin with ceiling height of 5 meters and panoramic windows facing the sea gap. Around the entire cabin there are terraces with several seating areas in the summer months that ensure sun from morning to evening.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.

Charming cabin with a nice view, located inland, 10 km from the centre of Lyngdal and Waterpark. The cabin is fully furnished, washing machine and dishwasher. Close to a big lake. Row-boat, kayak, fishing -gear available. Nice hiking area.

Welcome to Jordås farm ~ an idyllic and rural small farm in Grimstad. 15 min from e18 in Grimstad, 20 min from Birkeland. Here we can offer proximity to animals and nature, great hiking areas, lending large and nice lavvo, rowboat and opportunities for fishing! A place for nature and outdoor life, but also recovery and rest in calm and quiet surroundings. On the farm we have horses, chickens, cats and dogs. Welcome!
