The cabin has a large terrace, and otherwise a natural plot, with access to the beach and swimming raft. The cabin is fully equipped, and has the feel of a family cabin. There is enough room for 6 adults and 2 small ones around the table. Cold water that can be drunk. Hot water comes from the water boiler tank. Compost toilet. Portable shower for outdoor use. Poor Teli coverage, good Telenor coverage. Canoe with life vests (not kayak).

You will spend the night in the immediate vicinity of Snartemobekken which is a tributary of the river Lygna where the salmon play. Nedre Snartemo is an old farm with a barn that is under restoration. On the farm there are traces of settlement from the pre-Roman Iron Age and all the way to our time. The famous Snartemo sword was found just 200 meters away - in other words, you live in the middle of history. Beautiful calm fjord, lots of fish and crabs, short boat trip to the outer islands to feel the ocean. Nice boat trips behind the islands. Climbing connection. zipline., tubing and waterski. Bigger more stable Yamarin 15 foot with 100hp 4stroke Yamaha can be rented for 1000kr a night or a Musling 14 with 60hp yamaha 4stroke for 800kr a night.

Huset er ca 50 m2 med veranda på ca 60 m2 rundt. Biloppstillingsplasser til 3 biler. Elbil lader. Det er opparbeidet merkede turløyper rundt hyttefeltet, samt badestrand med stupebrett og flytebrygge. Flott utmark for å plukke vill sopp og bær på sensommer og høst. Mulighet for å fiske i fjorden.

Welcome to a cozy apartment in Sørlandet!

Cozy apartment with private terrace and good view. The apartment has a spacious living room and a private bathroom with shower. There is a bedroom with a good and soft double bed. In the living room there is a double sofa bed, and if necessary we can arrange an extra bed. Washed and ironed bed linens and towels are included in the price. We expect common decency and that no other residents and neighbors will be disturbed after 11 pm. We live in the house on the 2nd floor.

Charming cabin with a nice view, located inland, 10 km from the centre of Lyngdal and Waterpark. The cabin is fully furnished, washing machine and dishwasher. Close to a big lake. Row-boat, kayak, fishing -gear available. Nice hiking area.

Gode solforhold på ene siden av hytten på dagtid, og kveldssol på andre siden. Gjest står fritt til å benytte 2 kajakker om ønskelig. Er det behov for parkering, så disponerer hytten 2 parkeringsplasser i nærheten, cirka 350 meter fra.
