Brand new, modern and cozy cabin, unique location Flekkerøy, Kristiansand. The cabin is beautifully located with proximity to the lake and the forest with views of Oksøy lighthouse. Right out of the cabin and down the road you will find beach on the free area in Skylleviga, and there are also rocks and opportunities for fishing and going great hikes. Nice place to recharge your batteries, and kid friendly. The cabin is in a quiet area with families, so we do not want partying. Want to rent out to families, but other quiet people are also welcome.

The cottage is surrounded by lush nature with hiking opportunities in the area, and at the lake just below the cottage you can sail, fish and swim. The house is about 50 m2 with porch of about 60 m2 around. Car parking spaces for 3 cars. Electric car charger. There are marked hiking trails around the cabin area, as well as a beach with a diving board and floating jetty. Great outdoor area for picking wild mushrooms and berries in late summer and autumn. Possibility to go fishing in the fjord.

The road has a barrier at both ends. 100 m from bike route 3. Very fast internet. Outdoor living room with fireplace can be borrowed on request. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin. Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. Lots of small fish in the river. No fishing license required.

Here you wake up every morning to complete silence, except for the sound of waves from the rocks below the cabin windows There is throughout a high standard in the cabin with ceiling height of 5 meters and panoramic windows facing the sea gap. Around the entire cabin there are terraces with several seating areas in the summer months that ensure sun from morning to evening.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.
