Brand new, modern and cozy cabin, unique location Flekkerøy, Kristiansand. The cabin is beautifully located with proximity to the lake and the forest overlooking Oksøy lighthouse. Right out of the cabin and down the road you will find the beach in the open area in Skylleviga, and there are also rocks and opportunities for fishing and going on great walks. Nice place to recharge your batteries, and child-friendly. The cabin is in a quiet area with families, so we do not want any partying. We want to rent out to families, but other quiet people are also welcome.

The cottage has a welcoming living room with spectacular views, a fully equipped kitchen and a spa where you can relax after a long day. There are two bedrooms with a double bed and a loft with four good mattresses. In addition, a child's bed. Outside, a large terrace awaits, where you can enjoy the fantastic views. The cottage is surrounded by lush nature with hiking opportunities in the area, and by the lake just below the cottage you can sail, fish and swim. It is possible to rent a boat with an electric motor. Paddleboards and canoes are free.

A cozy forest cabin among moss and ferns, where sunbeams dance between the trees. Paddle quietly between water lilies, past the beaver lodge – or stay on the deck with a coffee cup, a friend, or a book in the morning sun. Here you will find peace, birdsong and plenty of room for the little pleasures. Poor coverage (thankfully) – but Wi-Fi is available in case of need. 20 min to shops, cafes and city life, and 45 min to the zoo in Kristiansand. This is the perfect base to go around and experience, or just stay and breathe. It's your choice.

Hønsehus Nedre Snartemo Farm

You will spend the night in the immediate vicinity of Snartemobekken which is a tributary of the river Lygna where the salmon play. Nedre Snartemo is an old farm with a barn that is under restoration. On the farm there are traces of settlement from the pre-Roman Iron Age and all the way to our time. The famous Snartemo sword was found just 200 meters away - in other words, you live in the middle of history. Nær innsjø, stille område med skog rundt. Enkel eldre liten hytte, fullt utstyrt. 15 min kjøretur til Kristiansand sentrum, Golfklubb, Dyreparken, kjøpesenter (Sørlandssenteret), Aquarama(Badeland) og det er ca 1.5km fra sjøen(Justvik båthavn). Hytten ligger i fredfullt område nær Hemningsvannet. Fint bade og fiskevann 3 min å gå ned til vannet. En liten sandstrand, benker og grillplass. Flotte turområder med merkede stier. Nærmeste matbutikk er ca 1 km fra hytten (åpent til 23:00 mand-lørd).

Hytten har en stor brygge på nedsiden av hytta. Isefjærfjorden har normalt høyeste badetemp i sjø/Norge (reiseradioen) Kort vei til dyreparken, 15 km. Hytta har en bratt skrent på fremsiden men med gjerde. Har parkeringsplass med hovedvei til hytta og med hytta, noe smal vei opp til hytta. Stor brygge med bord og stoler. Hytta har innlagt vann. Hytta har helt nytt toalett. Internett og TV skjem. Innebygd terrasse med skyvedør/vinduer. 2 soverom med køyesenger 2 soverom med dobbeltseng.

Meget koselig hytte på idyllisk sted. Her kan man nyte utsikt til elva og fantastisk natur. Den har også ballbinge og Setesdalsbanen i nærheten. Hytta ligger bare 10 min fra R9. 20 min fra Vennesla. 30 min fra Kristiansand og 45 min fra Kristiansand dyrepark. 100m fra sykkelrute 3. Meget raskt internett. Utestue med ildsted kan lånes ved forespørsel. Badeplass i elva 50 m fra hytta . Mange turstier. Robåt kan lånes fra ca april til ca november. Mye småfisk i elva. Trenger ikke fiskekort.

Til Nasjonalt Villakssenter-Kvåsfossen: 5km,5 min å kjøre med bil. Dyreparken i Kristiansand ligger under 1 time og 24 minutter unna-perfekt for familieutflukter. Med kun 20 minutter kjøring til Lyngdal og Sørlandsbadet har du alt innen rekkevidde. Det er gode fiskemuligheter i elva i området,med gyldig fiskekort.

Fin terrasse og uteområde. El-bil lading er inkludert. Flekkerøy, er 15 km fra Kristiansand sentrum, bomfri tunell.
