Newly-built and close to the beach! Welcome to our newly-built (2025) ground-floor apartment. Here you are genuinely close to the beach, restaurants, Åhus harbor and park area. Quiet location in a residential area, on its own corner of the villa plot and with the pines as a backdrop. Well-equipped kitchen with stovetop, combined hot air oven & microwave, and fridge with freezer compartment. Spacious sleeping loft with a comfortable double bed, as well as a large sofa bed for two with a spring mattress. Fully tiled bathroom with washing machine. Parking space is available on site and on the street.

Renovated basement in old house

We welcome guests to the renovated basement floor, which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is underfloor heating, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, Nespresso, microwave, Wi-Fi and private entrance through carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room, a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden, which has a patio in the corner. Because there are stairs down, it is not wheelchair accessible. There is free parking on the street but date parking.

Our nice apartment is located in the beautiful fishing camp Hörvik. Here you have about 300m to the beach, the sea and cozy restaurants. The apartment can accommodate 4 people and is newly renovated with kitchen and bathroom with shower. Free parking on the street. In the harbor there are two restaurants, Kajutan and Fiskerian, which serve fish and meat dishes but also fantastic pizza.
