The upper floor of the apartment is a converted attic, where a total of up to 6 people can sleep. A mattress lying on the floor (1.40 m wide) and 4 single beds in an open space! (Access to the mattress is narrow and deep!!) Since the apartment is located 2 floors above a restaurant, it may be that music occasionally enters the apartment. This is usually only on weekends.

Our place is absolutely quiet. In just a few steps you are in nature. It is ideal for 2 adults and 2-3 children. The large garden with a stream is ideal for children. In the immediate vicinity are cross-country trails and the biathlon stadium with ski roller train and ski lift, sledding slope, MTB trails and hiking trails. Fichtelsee is a 20-minute walk away. The quiet yet central location makes our apartment a good choice. In summer, our courtyard offers a unique flair. Use it for eating, playing, getting together & enjoy nature and the loving details that make this place special. Opposite is a butcher shop.
