Im Umland kann man wandern, klettern, am Badesee entspannen, Städte wie Bamberg, Bad Staffelstein, Coburg, Kronach, Bayreuth und Kulmbach besuchen. Herrlich ist es auch, einfach im Garten oder auf der Terrasse die Ruhe zu genießen und Hühner, Laufenten oder manchmal auch Schafe zu beobachten.

Just a few meters away is a guest house (Wed + Thu closed) and a bakery in the neighboring village Thanks to the spacious and well-equipped kitchen, you can also cater for yourself well.
