Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. The house is located in a very quiet location in the Schaalsee Biosphaerenreservat. It is 10 km to Schaalsee, 5 km to Neuenkirchen Lake, 50 km to the Baltic Sea (traffic jam-free!!!). From the house you can start directly for cycling tours, on adjacent hiking trails. On the very natural property there is also a swimming pond. The house is very bright and very quiet. I also paint there and write and so there is also a large easel available. Pets have a generous run.

The apartment is located on the 26th floor of the Maritim Hotel in Travemünde and is located directly on the beach. From the 6 m² balcony you have a beautiful view over the spa hotels of Travemünde and see as far as the Bay of Lübeck and the horizon of the Baltic Sea. Here you can relax and unwind wonderfully.
