Our holiday apartment is located in the house "Ostseekino Kühlungsborn". The accommodation is approx. 40 sqm. They have separate entrance, terrace and outdoor fireplace. For our guests we give 2 visits to the Baltic Sea cinema. A parking space is also provided. The apartment also has Wi-Fi and consists of 2 living rooms and bathroom with bathtub. Distances: - approx. 150 meters as the crow flies to the beach -ca. 60 meters to the supermarket/bakery - approx. 10 minutes to train station

The light-flooded 2-room apartment with 42m² & a magnificent balcony across the entire width, is located on the promenade with many shops, restaurants and cafes. The Baltic Sea is a 5-minute walk away. Very quiet apartment located at the back. Three floor-to-ceiling window doors lead out onto the balcony, from which you have a beautiful view over green gardens to the nearby city forest.

Free parking is available. This place is ideal for couples, solo adventurers, families with children, for a great vacation.

All rooms have underfloor heating. A free, private sauna is integrated in the bathroom. Beach is a few meters away via private beach access.

Kägsdorf is a dreamy village between fields and forest. There are bicycles and a cart for kids available. Bookings in July and August minimum 5 days. You have to bring your own towels.
