This charming 19th century stone house has been completely renovated to allow you to have a good time, with family, in the countryside. Outside, you can enjoy the calm atmosphere in the garden that connects directly with the large courtyard, both fully fenced to ensure the safety of your children. In the immediate vicinity, the Gouët Valley allows you to take beautiful walks in the forest, mountain bike or running circuit and water activities such as kayaking.

Nous vivons dans un quartier calme, dans une petite commune située à environ 10 minutes de la mer (baie de St Brieuc, côte de Goëlo). Adjoining outbuildings still containing the mill mechanism, it faces the owners' house in a charming hamlet nestled in the hollow of the Gouët, and to the North Chaos (maze of stones covering the river). 10 km to the North and St Brieuc is available to you.
