The apartment is on the ground floor of a typical Arcachon villa. It also includes a large garden, a car location and two private terraces. We do not live there, a key box allows our visitors to take possession of the premises independently. We are available by phone call. A company prepares the property after each rental.

Lovely little bright fisherman's house. Close to the ocean, you will be a few steps from the beach. Close to shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but BEWARE in summer our seaside resort is very busy and our little house close to entertainment (concerts) and restaurants loses its tranquility, especially in the evening. Ideal for a couple with 2 children. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and we are happy to share it with you!
