The view goes over lots of greenery. Down in the garden, wonderful fragrant roses and fruit trees are in bloom. In between, you can discover our cozy chickens. The protected loggia has sun from noon to evening and invites you to relax. Parking is right in front of the house (free of charge).

In the middle of the small village of Bockelskamp, our guest apartment is next to a small farm!The building was built in 1919 and has long been used as a stable. We have restored the building to the foundations, completion: 2020 The mosaic tiles in the entrance area are reflected in the kitchen and bathroom. They were lovingly puzzled by me. Handmade tiny house for two people. Right on the lake, with a large terrace and sauna. The house was built with ecological materials and lovingly furnished with solid wood furniture. It has a double bed 220 x 160, a couch, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and dry separation toilet. The house is easily accessible by train. Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk away.

The property is located separately in the “Little House,” a complete, detached house just for you, with its own parking space. During your stay, you're the only users. There is a large double bed, a table for breakfast or the writing stuff, and you can put your belongings in a wardrobe. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, an electric kettle, a coffee machine and a double hot plate.
