Holiday rentals with breakfast in Lafayette

This was our second stay in Christy’s home, and it continued to exceed expectations. The house is clean, well equipped and in a great location. Purdue campus is walkable or just a short drive from the house. The house and yard offer a nice, quiet place to relax. The screened-in porch is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee. The kitchen has been updated and is well equipped. The breakfast foods provided by our host are a great touch and much appreciated. We had a fantastic visit to Purdue for our son’s graduation!

We enjoyed our stay here. It was so nice to have so much room to move around in. We felt right at home. We look forward to coming back. Rhonda was so friendly and responsive to my phone calls.

Niki was a fabulous host. She was very easy to reach and had easy instructions. Niki went above and beyond to decorate for my daughter’s graduation. So sweet and such a welcoming touch! Her house is spacious, spotless and very comfortable! The house is very accessible to campus which was very convenient. Highly recommend!

Krista was always kind, responded almost instantly to questions, provided canoes and kayaks for lovely paddle into the wilderness and shared her most lovable and friendly cat.. Toby who was always ready to greet and love upon us 😊

My husband, kids and myself came to West Lafayette to visit family. We stay with Michael and his wife who are amazing people. I have always been a little nervous staying with strangers but my husband thought it sounds fun. I am so glad I agreed! Their home is so comfortable and peaceful. The backyard is overlooking Happy Hollow park and it's so nice to sit outside and watch the wildlife. The beds are comfortable and my husband loved their Purdue memorabilia. Michael made breakfast for us and it was so nice to not have to think about what to eat so early in the morning. The hot tub was amazing for the chilly evenings. The living room seating was perfect for relaxing after a long day of visiting and site seeing. I would definitely recommend staying here. Do not be skeptical of having someone there with you as you have all the privacy you need. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay while in the area balancing delivering/picking up our boy to campus for AAMB responsibilities and getting to Indianapolis for the Indy 500 and associated events. This was a great balance- easy to campus, convenient to stores and restaurants on the north side of town, and easy to get to I-65 for the run down to Indy. The house was comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. We make several trips to the area every year for games and other campus events, and this house will be at the top of our list for future visits.

The accommodation is great and corresponds to the pictures. The location is ideal for getting to the university. Lynnette is very friendly and makes you feel very welcome. I can highly recommend the accommodation.

Seriously, 5 stars don’t cut it. This place is over the top from check in through check out. We received a detailed welcoming email prior to our stay. Mabel and Harry’s was extremely welcoming and cheerful with the lighting on arrival. Janny had delicious treats from a local bakery, numerous breakfast staples as well as organic creamers to add to the high quality coffee available. For me, the spotless shower and bed linens took it to the next level. Adequate fans, tissues and blankets were available throughout the house. Janny was very quick to respond with any questions we had and created a very peaceful environment for our couples retreat. We hope to be back again in the future.

What makes the stay so great it’s not only that the house is super cool. Has a lot of history and is in a convenient location, but Nancy is the best! Her house is an actual bed-and-breakfast where she cooks you breakfast in the morning. All the people come down and get to know each other. She’s got a cute little cat and a garden in the back. A nice big Hot Tub and her adult kids come and go. It’s very calm and very peaceful and Nancy is the source of all that joy!! I highly recommend! Book early she books up quickly!

It was a pleasure staying with Mel and his wife. The room was clean, exactly like the photos. It had everything we needed for the weekend and was easily accessible. The breakfasts were spectacular for all three days. Mr. Mel was very pleasant and attentive. Thank you for all the recommendations over the weekend.

We had a great 2-night stay in Teresa’s home. I really like her farms and peaceful beautiful surrounding landscape. Teresa was so helpful and friendly that me us felt like staying in our home. We enjoyed her breakfast and thanks for riding us to Purdue campus as well. Thanks Teresa!

We booked multiple rooms for the family to attend Purdue Graduation. The stay was for only one night, however, it was so much better than a hotel. The home was inviting, beds were comfortable and the location was perfect. We enjoyed waking up to coffee and breakfast made by Beverly! We also loved the upper patio that overlooked the front, enjoyed the morning sun and peaceful environment! We would enjoy coming back, and staying longer to explore the area.

If available, do not even doubt in booking with Mel. Our stay was nothing more than perfect, we loved the rooms, vibe of the home and amenities. A home full of personality and history. Breakfast was just scrumptious and what I looked forward to every morning. It’s also perfect how close to Purdue university and downtown historic lafayette. Whenever im back in town. I will look forward to staying here again. Thank you for the attention and dedication.

We came up for a Purdue game. This was a great find, Purdue hotels get booked up and pricey at times, which was the case for the weekend we selected. 20 min drive to campus really wasn’t bad. She mentioned you can get an Uber. But we drove. Peaceful property to walk around on. The downstairs room was small but we didn’t need a lot of space and were just there one night. Teresa was a great host and very responsive. We are Purdue Ag grads so the farm feel was cool for us, Cows, cats, chickens and a dog, right at home, and that is also how Teresa made us feel!
