Clark was wonderful! His place, fantastic! It's incredibly clean, decorated so nicely, very peaceful... it felt "at home" the second you walked in! Clark was extremely friendly and responsive. I booked it last minute and he went above and beyond in communicating, having it ready, the whole nine! The home has everything you could possibly want or need, and truly does embody "come and rest". I can't wait to return for a longer stay!

Great location and space for us, a small family. But, wow if you have a team with you the team room would be amazing. quiet and lots of room inside and in the back yard.

While we felt the price was steep for 2 bedrooms, the house was pristine and even better than the photos convey. We were extremely pleased with the house, location, cleanliness, easy access, pet and kid-friendliness, etc. We would definitely stay again but potentially with a couple more friends to split the cost. We had 4 adults, a child, and our dog. There’s plenty of space for an air mattress or the cot for additional folks. We will highly recommend this place to friends and plan to return!

Jessica was very responsive to all of my questions. The instructions were detailed and easy to follow. The location is close to everything! We would definitely stay there again.

Cedric was a wonderful host. We greatly appreciated the surprise dessert upon arrival as a welcome gift. It was delicious. His house was clean, beautiful, and the beds were very comfortable allowing for a great night's sleep. Cedric responds quickly to any questions or communications I sent during our stay. We were so thankful our 4-legged child could also come. So nice to have a fenced yard for her. Purdue is right across the road - great walking distance. We look forward to staying again.

I loved this cute lake home. My husband and I planned a weekend getaway and this was a perfect stay! So relaxing, stocked with everything and very clean. Will definitely stay again.

Beautiful home, everything you need to feel at home. The property has areas to just sit and relax. The bird feeders around the deck make for a peaceful time to just sit and enjoy nature. The owner has put in a lot of time and dedication to ensure you have an enjoyable place to just sit and enjoy nature and your friends/family. Not to mention it sits of the road a bit so the beautiful night sky is awesome to view from the deck. If you want to unwind and just do “ nothing “ but float in the pool and watch the clouds and life pass you by, this I your place. We spent a girls w/e there and had a beautiful time together.

Great family run resort. Perfect size and very welcoming. It’s quaint and very much has a small town feel. It was perfect for our big group of 9! Nice deck/grill/view of the lake.

Kris’s place is really special and makes for a memorable stay. I don’t know how she does it but her maximalist interior design all works perfectly together. Things are joyful and fun and you constantly discover new things. Master bedroom bed was quite comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

We were in town for a basketball tournament and it always seems like with the hotels you can never get rest at night with teams running around all evening so we decided to try an air bnb...BEST IDEA EVER. The house was immaculate and the heated pool was AMAZING. The backyard area was so peaceful and relaxing for the entire family, we were close enough to get supplies for dinner without feeling we were actually in town. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed and more. Master Shower...no words. Beds...super comfortable. Plenty of space for bigger family or team. We will absolutely be booking this one any time we are in town play! Host was so welcoming and took care of all of our needs!

Updated and well situated to go to a local tavern or quick bite. Only minutes from the arts district in Carmel. Clean, comfortable and relaxed.

We loved staying at Kim’s so much on the way to our destination that we decided to book again on the way back home. Kim is one of the best hostess we’ve had.. she is thoughtful, and very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Her Airbnb is a wonderful example of a home away from home. Cozy environment, great neighborhood for walking your dog.. comfortable beds and furniture and we both loved the little snacks she leaves out for her guests. We will definitely be staying at Kim’s home again when we are in town. Highly recommend…

Everything was great . Very accommodating . As soon as I got there I feel right a sleep . Felt just like home hahahaha

this is a great place to park your RV. we attended and event at the grand park facility. 7 minutes away . Couldn't have asked for a better location Janet was very responsive and always answered any questions. we will definitely stay there for the next event

Russ and Julie communicated through text and the website. Immediately responses and proactive on detailed check in/out instructions. The house was so comfortable! Super clean and everything you need was there. They even provided some waffles And muffins for breakfast! The kitchen was a perfect size for the two of us and we could have cooked way more than breakfast. Beds were soft and warm as we slept with windows open and the night air was fresh and cool. Great pillows! Linens and bath towels etc, were lovely, soft, and softly fragrant. Th home is older, but with modern floors, giving it a lovely cozy and comfy welcoming atmosphere. The front porch was a lovely place to relax in the swing and enjoy coffee after I went running each morning on the Nearby Nickel Plate Rail Trail. Local restaurants are middle America comfort food. Perfect for us! Russ and Julie are super friendly! I highly recommend this particular place! You won’t be disappointed if you stay here!

We had the loveliest stay at Katie’s place! All the details of the house were beautiful, including the snacks and access to the fishing pond. It was a lovely, spacious and relaxing stop on our journey. Our kids loved saying hello to Katie’s friendly dogs. We are really grateful to have been here!

We were in Frankfort for a wedding and Grace House was the perfect place to stay. The house is beautiful, comfortable, and extremely clean. We felt right at home. Shelley was so nice and accommodating, allowing us to check out later than scheduled. The neighborhood is nice with friendly, quiet neighbors. We would definitely stay again!

We simply didn't expect this place to be so nice. It made our holiday, there were so many positives, the river, the neighbors, the quiet, the wildlife, the facilities ( plenty towels; great coffee machine, great coffee, great kitchen..etc). Beautiful, impeccably clean home - looks brand new. Beautifully decorated with no clutter. Had all of the essentials we needed and even had a large water cooler/dispenser with bottled water. Great space to relax. Comfortable beds and great sectional sofa. Very quiet location. Ryan/Sunshine responded almost immediately to my inquiry about a possibility of extending our stay and willingly/quickly accommodated my request. Even contacted me the following day to let me know that a couple additional days were available should we wish to stay even longer. Very responsive. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again the next time we’re in town.

We really felt at home for our 3 week stay as we transitioned from our own home. I would absolutely recommend this BnB to anyone who is looking for a warm and cozy small town getaway.
