Everything was great: nice and tidy apartment, convenient neighborhood, close to the metro, you can get to the city center quickly. Meli is very attentive, quick to respond and take care of guests. The photos do justice. Thank you for this great place!

As a family of four, we had a great stay at the apartment. Very peaceful, super close to a park and a shopping Center with many restaurants. Ideal for close proximity to Disneyland. We highly recommend it!

I can strongly recommend this AirBnB! Not only is Fanny a lovely hostess but the apartment is stunning (especially the small tucked in yard)! The neighborhood is very quiet and there is a small grocery store and a bakery close to the apartment. The metro station isn’t too far away either but we can strongly recommend taking the bus to the station (as suggested by Fanny) especially during warmer periods or at night. Communication and the check-in and checkout went very smooth too. Overall we had a great time there and didn’t feel like anything was missing during our stay! Only our warmest regards to Fanny!

We had a really lovely stay in Maxine’s apartment and can’t recommend it enough! Maxime communicates fast and clearly - and was super kind throughout. There’s a metro station, restaurants, supermarkets all within minutes of walking. The apartment is small but space is used ingeniously and there’s a lovely view from the top! Highly recommend! Great location with a lovely boulangerie nearby. Easy checkin. Great communication. The place itself is fairly basic but is a good place to stay if you’re looking for a no-frills place at a decent price.

The accommodation absolutely captivated us, it is beautiful in the photos, even more beautiful in real life. What surprised us was the terrace, which we did not expect at all according to the photos, and it was🤩. A tiny disadvantage is the creaking front door, when you hear the arrival of each tenant, but nothing that could not be solved and would significantly spoil our stay. The apartment is located on the main street, where you can hear the outside noise, but the shutters perfectly dampen the outside noise. There are several stops around the apartment, so transportation is not a problem :). In short, the accommodation exceeded our expectations, thank you :).

Patrick and Franck's apartment was perfect for our 4 day stay in Paris. Close to 2 major rail stations it is in a diverse neighborhood offering ethic restaurants as well as the traditional brasserie and a very good cafe/ patisserie. It is an easy walk to the Canal St. Martin area and several Metro lines can be found close by. Patrick and Franck had a great list of good places to eat and places to check out waiting for us which we took advantage of. The area and building were quiet at night so no trouble sleeping after a long day of walking. Their apartment is quite modern with up to date appliances and bathroom even though it is in one of the beautiful older buildings in Paris ( built in the 1850s I believe) It was perfect for the two of us. It is a 5th floor walk-up however which we were told about in advance. Patrick and Franck were easy to communicate with, answered our questions quickly and even allowed us to check in earlier than we expected which was a big help. Perfect stay!

Claire was so nice and helpful upon check-in. She offered recommendations and left us a bottle of champagne. She also let us check in early with our bags. Her apartment is just as beautiful as the photos. Everything about it is old, charming, kind of quirky, and we loved that so much. I felt like I was living in a still life painting or an old French movie. As for the area, there is so much to do, lots of restaurants, cool vintage markets on the weekend, and very easy access to multiple modes of transportation. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed in Dan's apartment and had a great experience. The place is very well used, comfortable, clean and decorated with a lot of affection. We had everything we needed, and we thought it was better than staying in a hotel. The villa accommodates a couple and one other person or child very well. Bed linens were clean and smelling. We did not stay long in the apartment, since our focus was to get to know Paris and visit Disney, which is very close, about 20 minutes by car. It is important to have a car to move around the region more easily. Dan was super attentive throughout the stay, and he still gifted us with fresh eggs from his chickens, which was a very special gesture. We recommend it!

Excellent Airbnb! We feel at home which makes the stay very pleasant. Especially when you have small children. I would this property. The description is accurate, very well-equipped. It was excellent, the area is very quiet, quiet neighbors. At first, the building gives you the impression of being abandoned, but inside the apartment everything changes. The apartment has the necessary amenities for the stay. My family and I were very happy. Linda recommended a subway app that was super useful, we always arrived at the apartment excellent.

The location alone for this apartment deserves all of the stars. You’re far enough away from the middle of Paris that it’s not crazy crowded, but close enough to the Metro that getting to any part is easy. There is a grocery store and pharmacy directly across the street, and if you’re lucky enough to be there for the market, it’s awesome and set up at the end of the block. There are a ton of great restaurants and things to walk to including the giant park and great shopping. The apartment itself is very spacious and being on the top floor with the outdoor patio is a huge bonus. If you stay here in the Spring/Fall it’s likely the perfect location. We, unfortunately, came during the summer and during an incredibly hot week. If you are here during the Summer, you need to know that like the most of France, the apartment does not have AC, but we managed with some fans. Once the sun went down with all of the doors and windows open it was lovely. The host was always quick to respond.

Sweet and very nice apartment. Everything was clean and the check-in and check-out process worked great. The hosts are very kind and very accommodating. They were available to us around the clock for questions and responded very quickly. Even with a small technical problem, they were there within 20 minutes and took care of it. We highly recommend the place!

Corentin Airbnb was worth every penny we spent. It was spacious for the 4 of us, clean and located perfectly. Just within a few minutes walk there were fast food stores, supermarkets and a pharmacy. Corentin was extremely responsive when we had questions and was clear with his instructions. It was a lovely stay and will recommend it to anyone going to France that wants to stay close enough to Paris but not right in the center. 5 stars all round.

The apartment is located in a multicultural area, with international food restaurants. The apartment is very close to subway terminals, which makes it very easy to get around the city. Vicent is extremely friendly and was waiting for us to welcome us and help us with our luggage. I must also mention that the apartment is fully furnished. Thank you Vicent for your hospitality

For us the most important things were the nearby train station. We didn't feel unsafe walking home from the station to the apartment late at night. The nearby train can go directly to the Eiffel Tower. The apartment had a nice view just like in the photos of the listing. It had everything we needed. We don't smoke but it seemed like it was smoker friendly but it didn't smell like tobacco at all which was great.

By far one of the most magical places I’ve stayed in Paris. Albeit just outside city limits, you’re minutes from the metro and the garden view outside the living room and kitchen windows are something I’ll cherish for years to come. Xavier set up the place beautifully, was accommodating and very sweet. Highly highly recommend

The accommodation was as described, well-equipped, in a good location. Hosts Ibrahim and Angelique were very accommodating despite unforeseen circumstances on our part, I recommend it 100%.
