Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

Stay with hotel standard in the forest but without electricity. Cook over an open fire and enjoy the starry sky through large glass sections in a comfortable double bed. A forest experience beyond the ordinary in the middle of Halland with proximity to both sea and lake. Apart from a few things, it is completely secluded in a small forest grove. From the sauna, there are beautiful views of the neighborhood. Breakfast with local ingredients is picked up downstairs in the yard. Distance 450 meters to Lagan where you can fish with a fishing license. 400 meters to grocery store 950 meters to the city center 1.5 km to Glänningesjö where there are docks and diving towers. 6 km to Mellbystrand where there is a shopping center and Sweden's longest sandy beach. Easy to take public transport here. Grönkulla stop about 250 meters. Private entrance on the second floor (stairs) with a small wooden deck with dining table and chairs right outside the door.

The courtyard house is located in the middle of Laholm's older district, Gamleby. Here you live a stone's throw from charming Hästtorget. Through the gate from the garden, there is close access to the Lagan river, which is a popular place for salmon fishing. The guest house is located at the back of our house and is equipped with a separate smaller kitchen with dining area, bathroom, living room and sleeping area for four. A smaller patio is available next to the property. Close to the sea, lake, forest, ski resort and Bjäre Peninsula.

Newly built house near the sea

Stay comfortably in this nice accommodation, completed in the spring of 2023. From the accommodation, you can see magically beautiful sunsets. The beach is only a few minutes away and is accessed via a small path. Two larger bedrooms with double beds and a smaller one with an 80 cm bed that can easily be pulled out to a 160 cm bed. Fully-equipped modern kitchen with light and nice dining area. The accommodation is part of a semi-detached house but very well soundproofed and with separate patios that create a proper private sphere.

Bo på en gård anno 2022. Nybyggt stenhus i en vacker omgivning och med en fantastisk utsikt över landskap och hav. En unik boendeupplevelse med idealiska förutsättningar för lugn, närhet till naturen och Bjärehalvöns alla utflyktsmål. Under 2025 har vi inte färdigställt den närmaste miljön runt huset men en altan med utemöbler finns. Vi ombesörjer sängkläder och handdukar. Vill du att vi tar hand om slutstädning kostar det 600kr. Under vintersäsong 1/11-1/3 har vi stängt för bokning.

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation on your own island that you can easily reach via a small bridge from your own parking space. Paddle a canoe to the islands on the other side of the lake, swim from the bathing stone or in the wood-fired bathtub, read a book in the hammock, chill on the terrace, pick mushrooms, cook dinner and read a book while you look out over the lake. All windows have lake views in all directions.
