Holiday rentals with a patio in Lajen

Marcos apartment was phenomenal for our family with 2 young children. The space is larger than it looks in the photos and is laid out very well. Having 2 bathrooms and 2 showers was wonderful. The patio has a beautiful view of the valley towards Bolzano. Retractable blackout window covers allow the rooms to stay dark despite early sunrise in the summer. Very close to Soprabolzano but also easy drive to other places. Marcos parents live in the apartment below and were very nice and fun to talk with despite our poor Italian.

We had a great time at the property. The check-in was easy and we were very kindly received in person. The facility was great, as was the Internet. Would come back anytime.

We really enjoyed the apartment. It’s clean and spacious with two lovely balconies that both have excellent views. We enjoyed Bressanone a lot, it’s a beautiful town. Highly recommend going to the Plose Mountain 🏔️ for a hike. There’s a lunch place called Rossalm Alm that’s about a 45 minute easy hike to from the gondola 🚠 that has excellent food and wine and stunning views The bus stop is close to the apartment so getting anywhere is very convenient. The restaurant at Hotel Krone which is close by has wonderful pizzas 🍕 We wished we had stayed another day or two.

Beautiful stylish and cozy apartment, well-equipped kitchen. Uncomplicated communication, great area, lots of hiking opportunities, city and nature both just around the corner. The peace and quiet when you sit on the balcony and look out over the vineyards is very grounding, just the right place to recharge your batteries!

It was one of the best Airbnb experiences I have had yet. The house is perfectly described on the listing. We found it spacious and well designed. The view from the balcony is something that I have to mention. It is as peaceful as it gets and for someone looking to take a break from everyday life, this is a perfect getaway with a view of the mountains. Absolutely stunning destination and accommodation with everything you need and other luxuries! It exceeded all our expectations. We loved the sauna & jaccuzzi with a view at the terrace. Also really spacious and beautifully designed interior, plenty of small pretty details. We're so happy we chose this place, thank you 😍

The apartment is beautiful and better than the pictures. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, in addition to a washing machine and an iron if needed. There is also a beautiful garden in the building with a llama. The host is helpful, friendly and easy to deal with. The view from the balcony was unforgettable and very wonderful. I will definitely come back to it if I visit Italy. I recommend it.

We spent a wonderful week in this beautiful house in May 2025. As soon as you enter, you can feel how much love and taste the house has been furnished with. The modern furnishings leave nothing to be desired and everything is just as beautiful as it is promised in the pictures. The magnificent balcony and the whirlpool in particular gave us unforgettable moments of relaxation – we enjoyed the time there very much. The hosts also rounded off our stay perfectly: always available, warm and extremely helpful. We felt completely comfortable and will be happy to come back as soon as the path leads us back to this wonderful region

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment! The location was ideal and well connected by public transport, allowing you to fully use the Trentino card! The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos: spacious, clean and well furnished. The well-equipped kitchen. The hospitality was impeccable. Alessandra and Michele are great hosts, very helpful providing us with all the information you need to explore the area, as well as welcoming us with a great freshly made strudel, a basket of fruits, a bottle and other delicacies! We highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to explore Trentino and look for a comfortable and welcoming place, even for four-legged friends who are fully welcomed and pampered! An amazing place to relax and get some rest! Beautiful surroundings, really peaceful. Airbnb is cozy, comfy and you feel at home! It’s definitely the best Airbnb I have ever been to and I am so glad that I ended up here for a whole week! Kitchen is well equipped, bedroom is comfortable and atmospheric, I was simply in LOVE!

Franz was communicative and friendly. The place is modern and kept very clean. The kitchen is quite nice. The beds are comfortable and the porch gives you a nice view with sounds of wildlife. Would definitely stay here again.

The most amazing place we have ever stayed, we cannot recommend Felix and Sabine's place anymore. We stayed here for a few days as we did different hikes in the Dolomites and was a perfect base. Within walking distance of bars and restaurants in Brixen. The house (and hottub) is fantastic, the kitchen was fully stocked and we felt like we were at home. We will be back!

We felt very welcome and comfortable with Sara. Our dog also got along very well with Snoopy, the farm dog. The location is a great starting point for activities, whether hiking in the mountains or a trip to Bolzano for shopping and eating.

We stayed at this property for a week with our dog. It was perfect! We definitely want to vacation in this accommodation again sometime :) The accommodation was beautiful & perfect for us. The kitchen offers many possibilities to cook for yourself. The garden is also very well equipped, various seating/reclining options available and private (fence, etc.) The family who were our contact person on site, rounded off our holiday experience. They were always super helpful & accommodating. We felt very welcome! The family has its own dog. This is very sweet & got along very well with our dog :)

Great, clean, comfortable place. Would highly recommend. Only thing I wish was better was the online check in website didn’t function great for me and took me about 20 mins to get all my information and passports loaded.

The apartment was very nice and comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with all the needs and even the smallest details such as spices, oil and coffee were present, and this is rare and we appreciate it a lot. The bathroom is clean and the water is hot and constant, and the apartment is very warm and suitable for cold weather. The host was very cooperative, gave us the option to pick up the key from his office or meet us at the apartment, and explained everything in detail. The safety point is excellent, and everything is organized and clear. In general, it was a wonderful experience and I give them 10 out of 10⭐️

good and clean studio, central in the dolomites. only minor issue is that the beds are 2 seperate 1p beds. When putting them next to eachother they always slide away again.. had to block the beds

The house is located on the ground floor, under Vittoria and Diego's apartment. The apartment is spacious and well furnished and matches the photos. Vittoria and Diego are very helpful and kind. They had the children take the eggs from the hens and explained many things about the life of the hens. The garden was very nice and well maintained. Highly recommended!

This beautiful gem in Merano is beyond wonderful - we couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more! Veronika and Jakob met us to help us find the parking area and give us the keys - and then Jakob helped us into the apartment and he was incredibly kind - he gave us incredible recommendations we would certainly not have found by ourselves. The space is so lovely and relaxing, even more gorgeous than the pictures - beautiful light through windows, classy antiques, and just very nicely curated space. The kitchen has everything you need, bed was quite comfortable and the sunrooms (yes two!) are delightful for reading. Everything is sparkling clean and comfortable. The location is amazing, it’s so quiet yet you can walk directly into the heart of town in minutes or meander around what is a lovely charming neighborhood. Close grocery, walkable to the base of hiking trails, restaurants and shopping in most directions. Absolutely lovely! ✨
