The master bedroom has a king size bed with a TV. The loft functions as a second bedroom with a bunk bed and a pull-out trundle. The sleeping areas have separate entrances to a shared bathroom. There is an upper and lower deck, gas and wood burning fire pits, charcoal grill, Green Egg, and a hammock to hang outdoors.

This two story home is located at the end of a very quiet cove with plenty of water. The beach has a fresh 6 inches of sand installed for the lake season. The walk to the lake is very short on an almost flat surface. The home will accommodate a family up to six people. The house has two floors. The main floor has a large living room with plenty of comfortable seating and satellite TV service provided. The entire main floor has hard woods along with the Master Bed Room and bed room #2.

This is a four season vacation spot. Create your own memories in the western North Carolina mountains by Lake Chatuge! Enjoy great hiking, boating, fishing, and much more! Take advantage of the hiking and biking on the Jack Rabbit Mountain trails along the shores by Lake Chatuge. Winter discounts available from January 1 until March 31. OPTIONAL MINI COTTAGE (for a third bedroom that sleeps 2) with Queen sized bed and TV but no extra bathroom for an extra $25 per night plus $25 cleaning.

Mountain Lake House [Kayaks & Paddleboards]

Welcome to PaddleFin! You will enjoy the beautiful lake and mountain views from the large deck on the house and a deck close to the water. This is a peaceful retreat - cell phone service is not available or very limited, no Wi-Fi, and no TV service. We allow A MAXIMUM of 4 guests! There is one king bed and one queen bed. We currently have two kayaks (one single and one two-person), two paddleboards, and a canoe available for use by our guests. Paddles and life jackets are included.

Our Lake house is located on Lake Chatuge in a quite secluded neighborhood in the beautiful North Georgia mountain town of Hiawassee. We are on the lake with an accessible deep water dock. This house offers lots of cozy indoor and outdoor space with plenty of seating, including covered seating areas off of each king room, a large open deck, a lower deck, fire pit, and covered patio next to water. Relax with your whole crew in a peaceful, secluded house right on the lake. Spend the days paddling around in the supplied canoes, jumping off the dock into the crystal clear water and floating to your hearts content. The only sounds you will hear is the waterfall across the way and the streams that run on each side of the house. In the evenings enjoy dinner on the deck, drinks by the fire pit, and relaxing in the hot tub.
