Loved being able to cook a few meals in the unit’s full kitchen! Also the location in a quiet pocket just a 5-minute walk from downtown was perfect.

We loved our stay in Douglas! The apartment was great, spotless and the size exceeded our expectations. The bathroom was huge, nice kitchen and the rooms were a nice size. We were travelling with our 2 year old and there was a cute playground across the street which made it so convenient. Douglas is very peaceful and has some good restaurants and coffee shops but also a short drive to Saugatuck. Highly recommend, would definitely re-book if we’re in the area again !

The Host was very responsive to our questions and timely. We loved the condo and will stay there again if the opportunity is needed.

Absolutely lovely place! The bathroom is immaculate and the bath tub is a great addition. Very clean overall and in a perfect location. You can hear a little bit from the unit next door, but overall peaceful.

Jesse was formidable and always available. His place was clean, centrally located and his recommendations were useful. I would definitely book his apartment again.

5 stars! Muskegon will always be home to me, and staying at this Airbnb made my month-long return truly special. The location was perfect for the project I was working on. It couldn’t have been more convenient. The home was spotless, cozy, and comfortable, just like home. It had everything I needed for an extended stay, and I felt relaxed and settled in from day one. I’m so grateful for such a welcoming space and would absolutely stay here again on future visits. Highly recommend! Thank You!

This was our first day with Airbnb and Nicole set the bar very high! We loved the place, location, ease of booking, and our entire stay! Beautiful place within walking distance to beach and downtown! The kids loved the pool and hot tub. It was clean and quiet and beautiful!

Our stay at the Grand Castle was beyond expectation! We had parks, trails, restaurants, and shopping within a few blocks of our stay. The highway was close. The Condo was large and tastefully decorated, complete with kitchen, and linens! I am looking forward to booking with LiveSuites again. Thank you!

Great place. Clean. Large space. Great location to downtown. Hosts gave me rides to and from airport which was great!! I’d book again. One thing that threw me off was the hosts live there and is shared living space with them. I thought it was maybe shared with another renter. Probably describe that in the listing but they were great and most accommodating hosts I’ve ever had from getting food and drinks I needed to providing rides

The condo was really clean. Everything was exactly what we expected. The pool area was super nice. The home theater was a great idea, but need a bit of updating. Try adding a blue-ray player. The bulb seems to be on its way out too. Please consider adding some instructions on where the pool, gym and theater are located and how to access them. Once we figured out where stuff was, everything was great. These were the highest cleaning fees we have ever had on a rental, but I see why. The place was absolutely spotless. Overall, very happy with the stay.

Korinda’s place was incredible for our family of 5 (2 adults & 3 young kids). This unit is beautiful & so well taken care of! It’s spacious & comfortable…we felt right at home. It’s also super clean, has character being in an old schoolhouse, & best of all - fully stocked with anything you could possibly need! Love to see things like shampoo, laundry detergent, beach chairs etc at any rentals but Korinda goes above & beyond providing things like sharp knives, cooking spices & oils, comfy beds…even coffee grounds, Tupperware, & face wash! Korinda was super communicative, helpful, & informative. The location of this place is also perfect - we didn’t use our car or stroller the whole time - walked to the beach & out to eat & took advantage of the building’s amenities. The indoor swimming pool (right across the hall!) & movie theatre room upstairs were huge hits with our kids too. This trip felt so easy & stress free thanks to Korinda, we highly recommend & can’t wait to return!

We had a great stay, however, it wasn't as homey as many Airbnb's. It was quiet and the residents in the building were all very pleasant. It could have used a little better dusting, but was quite clean.

Loved it so much we never left! 😀 My family was displaced after the May 7th Portage Tornado, and Aryn was super accommodating to us, which allowed our family of 5 get out of hotel living. Extending our stay past the initial 3 months, while our home is rebuilt, as this place now feels like home. Beautiful 3 season porch overlooking a wooded area has allowed us to watch 3 baby deer, that were born the week we got here, grow. Can't wait for the Fall colors to change. Thank you Aryn, truly.

This is a hidden gem! Our group stayed here for a weekend and had an awesome time. We loved the hot tub, the cozy couch and big common spaces, the tricked out finished garage space, and easy access to the lakes (both by kayaking or a nice 25 min path walk). Aaron is a phenomenal host. He stocked the place with anything we could’ve needed and more. Would stay here again for sure. Only knock is we overestimated the number of bedrooms by 1, but that might’ve been our own fault. We had someone sleep on the nice big couch so it wasn’t an issue.

This is a great location and easy to find. The surroundings are beautiful and the beach is accessible. The water is beautiful, although it may take 100 yards through sand to get to it. The sand was deep and luxurious has any Caribbean island. And more importantly is beautiful as the water is it has no sharks.

The area was calm and comfortable. It was in a great neighborhood close by Grand Rapids down town. The basement rental itself was beautiful with great accommodations. We had our own garage parking spot and access to the flat directly from the garage. We had a lot of space to fit four adults. We were equipped with everything we needed for our stay and it was spacious even with four adult residents. The bedrooms in particular were amazing with very comfortable beds. The overall style, lighting, and furniture were well put together, increasing the over-all value of the stay. For us, the favorite part was their outside area. A gorgeous garden with a covered patio with a really cool gas heater. Beyond the location and place, the host; Paul, was incredible. He was easy to communicate with, hospitable, and overall seemed like a good guy. He responded quickly to any inquiry we had and this is a trait that is truly undervalued when renting a place.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully put together. It worked perfectly for our group of three families—we never felt crowded. The guidebook answered all our questions, with clear instructions and helpful local tips. The kitchen had everything we needed for a full week, and we especially appreciated the wide variety of kitchen equipment available. We had two minor issues, and the host responded quickly and resolved them. The house had partial views of Muskegon Lake over and around the home across the street, and we enjoyed watching deer and fawns in the backyard sand dunes. We loved having beach access to Muskegon Lake just down the road, and a short drive/bike ride took us to the beautiful Lake Michigan shoreline at Pere Marquette Beach. One fun highlight was live music in a creative beachfront venue called "The Deck". We’d gladly stay here again—highly recommended!

We spent a week at this beautiful lake house and truly didn’t want to leave. The views were stunning, the house was cozy and spotless, and every day felt like a dream. From quiet mornings on the dock to swimming, fishing, boating and games. We made the best family memories here. It was the perfect escape—peaceful, charming, and exactly what we needed. Already dreaming of coming back.

Sara's place was perfect for our family of 4. The basement play room was such a nice feature because I didn't have to pack any toy and the kids loved it. Theres a safety gate at the top of the stairs which gave me so much peace of mind. It was also so nice that they had chairs and beach items you could use. There was even some work out equipment. It literally has everything you need. It was cozy and homey and clean. Its within 10 mins of the beach, kids activites, berry picking, you name it. 10/10.

This place is great for a peaceful getaway. The house is super spacious and the description of the place is spot-on, still I would have loved direct access to the lake, direct access is on others private property, so it is necessary to make the drive to where the public can access the lake. We LOVED: The massage chair, the hot tub an the hassle free checkout requirements and time. Also Josh was a great and quick communicator. Some minor things that would have been nice: I wish there would have been some lighting around the hot tub area at night for better visibility and more pans for cooking would have been great. Overall, we will definitely consider coming back to Josh's place.
