This home is nestled in a very secluded location on my rural family farm. Surrounded by trees, the home is well shaded and full of natural sights and sounds. The home is a spacious open concept, yet has cozy privacy for each guest bedroom. The interior decor is refined rustic and has furniture and accents that reflect the natural landscape. There are two bedrooms/1 bath up and a master bed and bath downstairs. The kitchen is well equipped and there are 2 decks for outdoor activities.

Located roughly five miles from the city of Zavalla and six miles from Cassels-Boykin Park and Boat Ramp, you're close to anything you need while directly in sportsman's paradise. Sleeps up to five with a full size bed, twin size bunk beds and a queen sleeper sofa.

Lake Sam Rayburn, 5 min to boat launch!

Three bedroom, 2 bath house with two covered boat parking spots with overhead lighting, charging capabilities and fan to keep you cool while rigging up for fishing Lake Sam Rayburn. 5 minutes to Twin Dikes Park, Umphreys Pavilion, passing Tackle Addict, with a 5pm check out. Rayburn Country Club offers fine dining, golf, coffee shop, event venue and Sammy Ray's for a cocktail.

Murphy Lake House

Charming cabin on stilts with lots of natural light to enjoy the lake and surrounding pines located in Black Forest. Large covered front porch to sit and drink your coffee and enjoy your stay. Easy access to the boat ramp, only one street over. Driveway is rocked and accessible for two trucks pulling boats. Area for grilling and fire pit under the house in carport area.
