BehrenSCHLAF vacation home Stay in the thatched farmhouse and discover nature and the countryside well rested. Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. You will stay in our cozy apartment with a terrace to the south side and views of our garden. Schwerin villa with garden

From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

Quiet city apartment

The apartment is located in a 300-year-old half-timbered house on the 1st floor. It is very spacious (65 sqm) and absolutely quiet despite being close to the center. The renovation was done from an ecological point of view. Due to the old clay walls painted with glue paint, there is a natural indoor climate, but they need special ventilation rules that the tenant must abide by. There is no TV, Wi-Fi is available. When the weather is nice, a sitting area in the garden can be used.

Maritime room near the beach with private bathroom

We rent our small but fine guest room. It has a separate entrance. The door lock is of course lockable. The room includes a new renovated bathroom & a beautiful sun terrace. In the room there is also a small refrigerator. The room is very close to the Baltic Sea. For the stay in Dahme, a tourist tax of €3.50/€2 per person (depending on the season) is charged per day. The visitor's tax is booked separately online in advance.

Cozy apartment with idyllic garden

We are happy to invite you to vacation with us in a cozy atmosphere and idyllic surroundings. Techentin is a small place in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Adjacent lakes, many fields and numerous forests characterize the picture here. The apartment has a natural garden that can be used and enjoyed. We provide 2 bikes for exploring the area. A grill is available. In the village, good home cooking is offered about 100 meters away.

"Kontor" for 2 in the post-socialist manor house

The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with marodem charm for 2 people that is located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country. Diese einzigartige (ca 75 qm-) Wohnung glänzt mit ihrem Standort gegenüber dem Schweriner Schloß (welches zum UNESCO-Weltkulturerbe erklärt wurde 🤩). Von ihr sind sämtliche Sehenswürdigkeiten fussläufig erreichbar. Ein Carport kann zusätzlich für 12€ pro Tag angemietet werden. Außerdem beträgt der Preis für ein Haustier pro Nacht (auch) 12€.
