In der Küchenzeile befindet sich ein großer Kühlschrank mit separatem Gefrierfach, ein Backofen mit Cerankochfeld, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine und ein Toaster. Während deines Aufenthaltes steht dir ein kostenloser WLAN Zugang sowie ein TV zur Verfügung. In unserem Apartment findest du ein Doppelbett(1,60x2m) & ein Sofa, welches für einen weiteren Gast als Schlafmöglichkeit genutzt werden kann.

This apartment in the city center of Rostock is located exactly between the city center and the main train station and both can be comfortably reached in 10 minutes by foot. The apartment is located in a residential building and is therefore not a "party apartment". Even if the guest bed (mattress) still offers 1 additional sleeping option, I would like to limit the number of guests to 2 guests. Late check-in from 11 pm is possible after due arrangements via a key locker.

Ich habe das Gutshaus in Kobrow im Jahr 2011 unter dem Aspekt erworben, ein kleines Stück Kulturgut unseres Landes zu beleben und dadurch auch zu erhalten. When furnishing, we proceeded individually and with high quality and used little off the shelf. The apartment has great transport links and is still very quietly situated.
