Spacious, bright and quiet accommodation a short walk from the city center. Easy to park in front. The most, being in a warm, lively space, the terrace, foosball and pinball... the little touches... coffee available and services rather high-end, I'm thinking in particular of appliances... we'll be happy to go back!

Very nice house, comfortable and very welcoming. We would recommend this house. We enjoyed the welcome tray. We come from Marseille, and we loved this house, we will come back without problem. What is appreciable is being five minutes from the city center of Arras. Thank you very much KARINE.

Charming accommodation for total rest and in a pleasant private setting. The proximity of the accommodation to Lille is a plus. Relatively close shopping center with all amenities. There were 4 of us (parents and 2 children 19 and 15 years old) It's spacious and well-equipped. I would recommend it!

Nice stay. Frank is very friendly and thoughtful. Parking in front of the door, but free parking space only 10 minutes' walk away. You can be in the city and at the sights in no time.

Always as good as usual, always the small drinks, chips, biscuits available, there was no smell of sewers during our stay but it may be due to the heat and the work in the street but when you arrive in the accommodation the smell is no longer there As always, I recommend +++

We enjoyed our stay at Segolene's place very much. It was comfortable and the surroundings -- estate, pool, gym, sauna -- were very peaceful. The town surrounding the estate, as others have mentioned, does not have much going on. We went out to Arras (about 30 min. drive) to go out to eat one day. We enjoyed both the pool and sauna during our stay. Segolene's communication was great at check-in and during our stay. We had one mishap before we arrived where our booking was accidentally cancelled, apparently by Airbnb, and the communication there between Segolene's cohost and Airbnb Support was very unclear and confusing to us. But, all was solved as we were able to rebook on the phone with Airbnb. One other thing that did not work so well for us was the internet in the apartment - we needed to use our hotspot to stream movies and it would not be suitable for working if you needed to do so. But we had basic service otherwise.

This place is amazing! such a beautiful location. We had a lovely time for our 4 days. The house is great, very tastefully decorated and lots of amenities. The pool was an excellent addition but unfortunately the weather wasn't as warm as we had hoped. Nevertheless we had a lovely relaxing time, playing boules, walking the vast grounds and enjoying the peace. We hope to visit again.

If you are looking for accommodation near Lille, go to Nancy with your eyes closed. perfect accommodation for a family weekend, very well equipped. pleasant responsive host, easy communication with clear info.

Just returned back from Franck’s place and had an absolutely wonderful stay! The place was cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated. The garden was great with a lovely heated pool and very nice outdoor furniture. The house itself is very well equipped with everything you could need and the beds were very comfortable. Franck was incredibly attentive, providing helpful tips and ensuring we had everything we needed. There are some very nice bakeries and restaurants locally and the location is perfect for going to visit places like Lille, Lens and Arras. We would happily stay here again!

We spent a few days in Douai for a great classic: the competitions at Gayant Expo. We had a nice and quiet attic under the rooftops. The reception is at the top and everything is done to feel at home, in a moment when stress can be present. I worked remotely while my daughter was passing these exams. Why it felt like home . 2 examples unlimited coffee and flexible checkout. It takes 20 minutes to walk, walking quietly to Gayant. Great for getting some fresh air before locking yourself up for the day.

Very good, impeccable, clean accommodation. We had a pleasant stay. Proper bedding and Cédric is very responsive because a small problem with the electric coffee maker that did not work and Cédric brought us another one the same evening, all new. Really nothing to say and especially he accepted our little dog and very quiet building. Thank you Cédric. i recommend it.
