NB: in summer the rental is by the week, from Saturday to Saturday. Outside summer: 2 night minimum rental.

Close to the center of Lancieux, 700 m from Saint-Sieuc and Briantais beaches, 15 mins from Dinard, 20 mins from St-Malo and 23 mins from Dinan. Newly furnished studio, bright living room, open kitchen, comfortable bed, TV, bathroom with toilet, closet, terrace and private parking, key box. Accommodation adjoining ours, we are easily available.

Come and stay in our charming studio located 200 m from the beach, at the foot of the shops (bakery, fishmonger, butcher, bar, restaurants). Fully equipped studio with a closed sleeping area (boat cabin style), located on the 3rd floor without elevator access. It has a great view of the Île des Ebihens. Lancieux is a small town ideally located 25 minutes from Saint-Malo and Dinan, 15 minutes from Dinard and 3 minutes from Saint-Briac.

Relax in this very relaxing wooden house due to the materials chosen for its decoration and extremely pleasant to live in due to its brightness from morning to night , its quiet terrace away from the winds and its cozy little nests upstairs (3 bedrooms with shower room). In addition , the sea view from the garden, kitchen and bedrooms will allow you to see if the sea is high for swimming or if it is removed to go fishing on foot .

The accommodation is independent and offers all the modern comforts of a current home with all the useful equipment. The private park of more than 5000m2 is accessible to travelers who can also go see the goats and sheep in their enclosure.
