We'll be happy to host you in our fully renovated studio, completed in 2022. Located 200 m from the beach, 50 m from shops (bakery, fishmonger, butcher, restaurants...). Fully equipped studio with a closed sleeping area, located on the 3rd floor without elevator access. It has sea views including the Île des Ébihens and Cap Fréhel. Lancieux is a small town ideally located 25 minutes from Saint-Malo and Dinan, 15 minutes from Dinard and 3 minutes from Saint-Briac.

The accommodation is an old shop located on the ground floor with private access to the street (bay window). The street is one-way and free for parking. Check-in is from 3 p.m. onwards via the code box and until 11 a.m. the next day with keys deposited in the box. Not suitable for small children!

This beautiful and bright apartment of 50 m² is located in the heart of Dinard, in front of the casino with direct access to the beach of L'écluse. The apartment can accommodate 2 people. It is perfectly equipped for a comfortable stay: household appliances, kitchen utensils, dishes; washing machine with dryer, a hair dryer, and Wifi. Cleaning costs are included in the price and include all household linen (sheets, towels, bath mats, tea towels).
