Nice cottage (3-star label) in the heart of Saint Malo; located in a district of Paramé, close to shops, 20 minutes' walk to the train station, and the beach. Very well equipped, this 48 m2 house, composed of a large living room with fully equipped kitchen, very bright, thanks to a large bay window overlooking a pretty enclosed garden just for you, a large bedroom and a bathroom with shower, as well as separate toilets. 2 accesses: 1 on the street side by a staircase and 1 on the garden side
